This study examined the effect of fundamental and macroeconomic indicators on the stock prices of companies listed in the Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Fundamental indicators were proxied by EPS, PER, ROE, and DER. Meanwhile, macroeconomic indicators are represented by inflation and world oil prices. This study uses a quantitative approach with penel data regression analysis. The model was determined by the results of the chow test, the hausman test, and the langrange multiplier test. The samples used are manufacturing companies registered with ISSI. With a purposive sampling technique, 41 companies were selected as samples. Data is taken from the financial statements of each company in the 2011-2018. The results of panel data regression analysis (fixed effect) show that EPS, ROE, and inflation have a positivelt effected on ISSI stock prices, while DER and world oil prices have a negatively effected on ISSI stock prices. PER has no effected on ISSI stock prices.

Alternative solutions in overcoming the waste problem are carried out by developing a waste bank which is a social engineering activity that teaches people to sort waste and raises public awareness in waste management. The eco-design innovation of waste processing with a digital-based waste bank program with a synergistic pentahelix approach has become an innovation at the grassroots level, especially in Sukoharjo. This study uses a qualitative method, which is equipped with data analysis with descriptive statistics. The effectiveness of waste management is defined by the high amount of managed waste, the amount of waste being recycled, and the large economic benefits resulting from waste management. This is due to the low percentage of managed waste and the low percentage of recycled waste, which of course also has low economic benefits. Waste banks in the Sukoharjo area need to be further involved in this waste management, so that the effectiveness of its management increases and the economic benefits taken can be maximized. The existence of a waste bank has proven to be effective in reducing waste problems in Sukoharjo. it is necessary to use digital technology which is still rarely used by waste banks in Sukoharjo. Therefore, an eco-design of waste management through a digital-based Waste Bank in Sukoharjo needs to be implemented. Eco-design of waste management through the Waste Bank in this study is to use Pentahelix synergy, namely collaboration between elements of government, academia, the business sector, community, and the media.

This research objective is to examine the effect of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on real earnings management (REM). The sample are 590 manufacturing firm-years listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2017-2021. REM is proxied by three abnormal activities: over-sales, overproduction, and discretionary expense cutting. With panel data regression analysis, it is found that ERP implementation has a negatively significant effect on REM. Further, the ERP system implementation role to reduce REM is more pronounced for overproduction and discretionary expenses activities, and for suspect firms that beat earnings targets. ERP systems play an important role in reducing information asymmetry and effectively constraining REM. This research gives implications to firm management to make decisions about ERP an investment or to increase implemented ERP performance so that REM can be reduced. This research strengthens previous findings about ERP on REM by involving the ERP non-implementer as control group firms, using alternative ERP implementation period to control its effectiveness, and also examining REM suspect and non-suspect firms, since previous researches are lack of it.JEL: M410, M400, M21.
The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on all aspects of life, both in the fields of education, health, religion, economy, tourism, and others. In terms of education, the Covid-19 pandemic has inspired the birth of an online learning policy. The economic aspect has also stalled, due to the enactment of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) so that various conventional economic transactions have been significantly transformed into the online system. The religious sector has also been affected by changes, due to a reduction in the capacity of places of worship. Based on the results of participant observation, it was found that changes in the life order due to the Covid-19 pandemic also occurred in Village of Sine, Sragen, Central Java. Some of the problems that arise in the community are problems in the field of education, how to overcome difficulties in implementing online learning, in the religious field, the termination of TPA (Al-Quran Education Park) and other religious activities such as recitation, while in the health sector, how the community's efforts to increase resilience during a pandemic are not yet aware of the importance of washing hands correctly and wearing masks. The most vital aspect is the economy, where most people work as traders and factory workers who are forced to stop working. In order to reduce these difficulties, community service activities were carried out that focused on several identified problems. Among the activities that have been carried out are learning assistance to children, organizing TPA for children, organizing socialization on preventing the spread of Covid-19 and providing entrepreneurial motivation for people affected by Covid-19. For the implementation of this community service activity, the residents of Sine Village feel very helped, and hope that it will be sustainable.
