Latar Belakang: Kematian ibu di Indonesia masih didominasi oleh tiga faktor penyebab utama kematian yaitu perdarahan, hipertensi dalam kehamilan (HDK), dan infeksi. Salah satu tingginya AKI dapat disebabkan oleh adanya komplikasi-komplikasi dalam persalinan, termasuk SC. Persalinan dengan operasi sectio caesarea memiliki resiko lima kali lebih besar terjadi komplikasi dibandingkan dengan persalinan normal. Komplikasi yang dapat terjadi setelah operasi sectio caesarea adalah infeksi dengan angka kejadian 25 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kejadian infeksi pada persalinan pervaginam. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan mobilisasi dini, nutrisi dan peran bidan terhadap penyembuhan luka operasi sectio caesarea di RSUD Malingping Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simpel random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan media kuesioner. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji statistik Chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% dengan α = 0,05, diperoleh Asymp. Sig mobilisasi dini (0,001), nutrisi (0,004), dan peran Bidan (0,003) < α (0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara mobilisasi dini, nutrisi dan peran Bidan dengan Penyembuhan Luka Operasi Sectio Caesarea di RSUD Malingping Tahun 2022.
