<em>Shrimp carapace is one of the fisheries waste products that can be a potential alternative for natural flavoring because it contains a lot of glutamic acid that create umami taste in dishes by turning it into a powdered broth. Powdered broth is a product that has been known as a food additive that is obtained from boiling meat or more commonly known as a seasonings. The purpose of this study is to know how the effect and best treatment of different concentrations of extract from shrimp carapace on the quality of the resulting powder broth. This research was conducted at the Food Engineering Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory Semarang university and the Chemix Pratama Laboratory Yogyakarta. The design of the experiment used was a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications, which gives the concentration of shrimp carapace, which is 3%; 3.5%; 4%; 4.5%; And 5%. The test parameters were water levels, fat levels, protein levels, glutamate levels, and hedonic tests include taste and aroma attributes. To find out the difference between treatment, data was tested with Duncan multiple range test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results have shown that differences in shrimp carapace extract have a significant effect (p <0.05) on water levels, fat levels, protein levels, glutamate levels, and hedonic scores. This study recommends P3 treatment as the best alternative treatment considering water level (4,17%), fat content (1,29%), protein (15,05%), glutamate (10,76%), and being the most preferred by panelists. with the taste attribute score (5.50), and aroma (4.77).</em>
Abstract— Literary work, directly or indirectly, is the realization and imagination of the author as a reflection and the reality that the author gets from society. Literary works can be found through the life forms of society. Thus, literary works cannot be separated from the elements around them. Literary work along its journey always implicate man, humanity, life, and life. In essence, literary works are born for the surrounding community. Literary works are the products of authors who live in the social world. That way, short story literary works in the form of fairy tales are the author's imaginative world that is always related to social life. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menganalisis kesalahan ejaan huruf dan tanda baca yang terdapat pada bahan ajar “membaca” mahasiswa PBSI Universitas Wiralodra. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu teks dari buku MEMBACA (Terampil Berbahasa Melalui Membaca) edisi 2021. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui jenis ejaan huruf dan tanda baca yang salah dalam buku MEMBACA (Terampil Berbahasa Melalui Membaca); dan (2) menganalisis kesalahan ejaan penggunaan huruf dan tanda baca yang ada dalam buku MEMBACA (Terampil Berbahasa Melalui Membaca). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yakni teks yang ada dalam buku MEMBACA (Terampil Berbahasa Melalui Membaca). Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Teknik observasi dan Teknik catat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat 140 kesalahan yang ada dalam buku MEMBACA (Terampil Berbahasa Melalui Membaca) yang terbagi menjadi: 26 kesalahan pada tanda baca (:), tujuh kesalahan pada tanda baca (.), satu kesalahan pada tanda hubung (-), 20 kesalahan pada ejaan huruf miring, dan 86 kesalahan pada ejaan huruf kapital. The background of this research is that there are many factors that cause students' difficulties in learning the Akhlak Akidah at school. This research was conducted at MI Al-Hidayah Cibadak Sukajaya, Bogor Regency. The research used is descriptive qualitative, namely an attempt to provide a systematic and factual description of the situation of the incident regarding the factors, characteristics and also to explain the problem to be studied, namely the analysis of students' difficulties in studying Akidah Akhlak and efforts to overcome them. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results show that there are many obstacles in the process of implementing moral aqidah learning at MI Al-Hidayah Cibadak Sukajaya, which causes students' difficulties in learning Akhlak Akidah in class III MI Al-Hidayah Cibadak Sukajaya. Merebaknya pandemic dan permasalahan daring berdampak pada dunia pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi persepsi pembelajaran dari rumah, keefektifannya, dampak sistem pembelajaran, dan pembelajaran selama belajar dari rumah selama pandemi Covi-19. Penelitian kualitatif, desain rancangan silang (cross sectional), subjek guru pamong Gugus Talun. Penjaringan melalui wawancara, kuesiener, dan kartu pencatatan lapangan, analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis diskursit, dan angket diinterpretasikan. Hasil kajian menyatakan pembelajaran dari rumah sebagai upaya keselamatan dan kesehatan bagi peserta didik, pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan semua warga satuan pendidikan; pembelajaran daring kurang efektif, dan optimal sebagai akibat ketidaksiapan lembaga-masyarakat didik pendidikan anak usia dini. PENDAHULUANKurikulum 2013 mendorong perkembangan anak didik secara optimal memberikan dasar menjadi manusia Indonesia berkemampuan hidup sebagai pribadi yang beriman, produktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan afektif serta mampu berkontribusi pada kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, bernegara, SDGs-4. Merebaknya pandemi covid-19 pemerintah menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang pembatasan sosial berskala besar, dilanjutkan Surat edaran Mendikbud No. 4 tahun 2020 menetapkan aturan belajar dari rumah (lerarn from home) bagi anak bersekolah dan bekerja dari rumah (work from home) bagi pendidik, ditindaklanjuti dengan surat edaran Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang pedoman penyelenggaraan Belajar dari Rumah dalam masa darurat pandemic covid-19, serta Surat Keputusan Bersama Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Meneteri Agama, meneteri Kesehatan, dan Menteri dalam Negeri RI Nomor 03/KB/2021, Nomor 384 Tahun 2021 terkait panduan penyelenggaraan pembelajaran, maka dalam masa pandemi covid-19 pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara jarak jauh (Sasmedi, 2020). PAUD berdasarkan PP No. 27/1990 Pasal 6 dikatakan pendidikan yang diperuntukkan pada anak usia dini antara 3 s/d 6 tahun.
