<p>Real estate forecasting has become an integral part of the larger process of business planning and strategic management in real estate sector. This study covers residential estate markets and concentrates on property types, while previous studies that have considered country wide house price indices. There is a gap identified in the literature which need to study correlations between property types within a region or a city and whether they will provide diversification benefits for real estate investors such as risk reduction per unit of returns. This aim of the paper is to propose and develop a computer assisted real estate property price forecasting model. This proposed framework will examine the current uses of artificial intelligence, particularly combining case base reasoning and artificial neural network, in the business-forecasting field and considers suitable applications in real estate. The methodology consists of five phases: 1) Data gathering b) Data cleaning c) ANN Training d) CBR (Case Base Reasoning) similarity retrieval e) Result retrieval. This research will investigate the influence of residential real estate property characteristics on property values (prices) in global context, it revealed a high positive linear correlation between property characteristics and the property market values; an indication that these characteristics reasonably predict property market values. The results of the study will enable Real Estate Professionals to make fair estimates of the market values of residential real estate properties given the features/characteristics of such housing units.</p>
E-Government delivers services into inhabitant electronically, action, and another government existence. This is analogous to document centric approach in traditional service delivery by the government. One of the most crucial factor regarding the reliability of government services is the security factor, which eventually leads to the social acceptance and satisfaction. E-Government is now a day is the response to the rapid development in the information technology especially in the automation of the process of service delivery. The model introduced by this paper is built over the social behavior of entities that shares the knowledge and provides decision-making baselines. Each entity is capturing its own knowledge and crystalize it with other entities within the communities. In this paper JAVA Agents where built to represent the individuals, which are attached to certain interaction points, for example each intelligent agent is attached to a web site representing the source of knowledge and behavior capture. Results proven that the social behavior of the software intelligent agent is a huge potential toward establishing social acceptance due to the smart behavior in collecting information regarding the utilization of the service, Three sites have been built along the implementation of paper to pursue its hypothesis; this is to represent government web sites deliver certain services and over which an intelligent agent is attached to capture the behavior of users and later on broadcast captured knowledge to other agents (i.e., the community is composed of four agents). The knowledge and expertise have been mutually exchanged and the overall knowledge has been proven to be converged toward the maximum experienced Agent.
Over seventy-one percent of the Earth's surface is covered by oceans, a vast body of water that is sometimes divided up into smaller bodies of water called seas. Research in this area is focusing on the significant advantages of an undersea or ocean-based environment, which is impacted by the ocean's temperature. Freshwater lakes and rivers cover less than 1% of the Earth's surface. So, ecosystems are damaged and modern technology must be developed so that climate and other elements may be regulated. The Internet of Underwater Things is cutting-edge technology in the ocean and underwater environments (IoUT). It's a network of underwater items that can be used to monitor large, undiscovered aquatic areas with a real-time Internet connection. There are several uses for IoUT, including in the military, strategic fields, climate research, and thermal pollution monitoring. With the use of the World Wide Web, Ocean of Things (OoT) devices may communicate in real-time using this technology. An IoUT is one of the most important IoT areas where a dynamic network is built and many advantages are reaped from the process. Using a multi-dimensional method for cumulative performance in the marine and undersea objects area, this research publication presents use examples for IoUT. Many significant applications and real-world domains are demonstrated to interface with crucial IoUT components. The proposed approach is making use of a multi-hop and metaheuristic-based approach for the effectiveness and overall performance of IoUT. As there are so many challenges in IoUT including frequent battery reduction and energy issues, there is a need to integrate the multi-layered approach. The presented approach is effective in terms of fewer packet losses, high throughput, and minimum energy consumption.
Communication between machines has become commonplace in recent years, and the Internet of Things (IoT) is gaining notoriety. Congestion control is a prevalent issue in the transportation system, and GPS devices, which drivers and traffic authorities alike utilise, are well-suited to the job. Traffic density is expanding at an alarming rate, making it impossible for drivers to see and handle all of the possible scenarios in a traffic area they are ready to enter. It's also becoming increasingly difficult to maintain security and integrity due to a growing number of assaults by hackers that send harmful code or bogus packets. There are a few new technologies that have yet to be put into practise under the Internet of Things umbrella, including ubiquitous computing (IoT).
