ÖZETGianotti-Crosti sendromu ya da diğer adıyla çocukluk çağının papüler akrodermatiti, kendi kendini sınırlayan döküntülü bir hastalıktır. Gianotti-Crosti sendromu yüz, kalça ve ekstremitelerde belirgin olmak üzere papüler veya papüloveziküler lezyonlarla karakterizedir. Ön planda hepatit B virus enfeksiyonu sonrası geliştiği saptanmasının yanı sıra son yıllarda diğer viral etkenlere bağlı geliştiği bildirilmiştir Bu olgu sunumunda Epstein Barr virus enfeksiyonuna sekonder Gianotti-Crosti sendromu gelişen 17 aylık bir erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Gianotti-Crosti syndrome is characterized by papular or papulovesicular lesions which are especially localized on face, hips and limbs. The association of hepatitis B virus infection with Gianotti-Crosti syndrome has been well-documented in recent years, however other viral pathogens have been also reported as casutive agents. In this case report, we present a 17-month-old boy with Gianotti-Crosti syndrome developed secondary to Epstein Barr virus infection.
