La colite bulleuse hémorragique est une présenta-tion endoscopique typique de l'amylose secondaire dont nous rapportons ici un cas compliquant un myélome multiple. Les lésions bulleuses hémorragiques, caractéristiques de l'amylose secondaire, sont attribuées d'une part au clivage de la muqueuse et de la sous-muqueuse par des dépôts amyloïdes, et d'autre part à l'atteinte ischémique liée à l'angiopathie amyloïde.
