Presentamos dos casos de tumores malignos asociados a la enfermedad de Crohn. El primer caso se trata de una mujer de 60 años con antecedentes de hipertensión arterial y osteoporosis. Como antecedentes quirúrgicos fue intervenida de miomectomía uterina, apendicectomía y fractura distal del radio derecho. La paciente fue diagnosticada de enfermedad de Crohn ileal en 1994. Inicialmente se encontró asintomática, en tratamiento con lixacol® (400mg mesalazina, 5-ASA). Se realizó colonoscopia en 2009 que resultó normal. En 2016 presentó un brote caracterizado por cuadro de dolor abdominal a nivel de fosa iliaca derecha precisando corticoides, con buena respuesta. Se realizó enterografía por resonancia magnética de control que evidenció afectación crónica de 15 cm de íleon terminal con signos de reagudización.
