La investigación indagó la prevalencia de exposición de los factores de riesgo psicosociales en los docentes de nivel medio. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal de diseño cuantitativo. El objetivo de este artículo es visualizar la importancia del trabajo de los docentes que se enfrenta en tiempo de pandemia a una doble demanda. Como instrumento para la recolección de datos se utilizó el cuestionario CoPsoQ-ARG validado para la población argentina, con el fin de establecer los niveles de exposición. Los hallazgos demostraron un nivel de exposición alto en el grupo de mujeres (77,3%) a diferencia del grupo de hombres (22,7%).
Las representaciones son descriptas como un estilo específico de conocimiento, un modo determinado de descifrar la realidad, aludiendo al pensamiento del sentido común, siendo asociadas a un desarrollo personal que supone una ordenación cognitiva y a la vez halla su inicio, su difusión y cambio en el contexto sociocultural. En el contexto sanitario dado a causa de la pandemia por COVID 19 y mostrando como la mayor estrategia empleada por los diferentes gobiernos del mundo la vacunación toma relevancia el conocimiento sobre las representaciones acerca de la vacunación y las vacunas. En el marco del estudio multicéntrico International COVID 19 Awareness and Responses Evaluation Study (ICARE) liderado por Montreal Behavioural Medicine Centre se desarrolló una encuesta con una muestra 3330 adultos argentinos, de entre 18 y 70 años compuesta mayoritariamente por estudiantes y profesionales universitarios. El objetivo de la investigación ha sido conocer las representaciones acerca de las vacunas y la vacunación. Entre los resultados se destacan las representaciones sociales de los participantes que exhiben una gran adherencia a la vacunación y a las vacunas, con conceptos positivos en 8 de cada de 10 y un claro sostenimiento de las medidas de protección de como aislamiento y uso de más carilla acompañando la inoculación mientras que se conviva con el COVID 19.
En situaciones como necesidades de vivienda o de cuidados respecto de su salud, el vínculo con la familia es fundamental para la salud integral y el bienestar psicológico. El objetivo de este artículo es visualizar la importancia del vínculo de la familia con el adulto mayor institucionalizado desde los trabajadores de los hogares y residencias. A partir de entrevistas a equipos interdisciplinarios que se desempeñan en las instituciones de adultos mayores se concluye que la falta de la familia en las instituciones, especialmente públicas, afecta la salud de los adultos mayores ya que se pierden las redes de apoyo social tan importantes en esta etapa de la vida.
El embarazo, parto y posparto implican un período que requiere atención y cuidado especial en la vida de las mujeres, así también, a su bebé que nace indefenso. Ese período perinatal necesita de profesionales que conciban a la salud integral y como derecho, es allí donde el profesional de la Psicología tiene un rol importante. El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue identificar la necesidad de atención y cuidados perinatales brindados desde la Psicología. De los 61 artículos encontrados en PubMed y Dialnet, se seleccionaron 21, 18 de ellos fueron revisiones sistemáticas. Se concluye que ante la necesidad de cuidados especiales, es importante la labor del psicólogo integrando equipos interdisciplinarios dedicados a la atención y apoyo necesarios a la madre, al bebé y a la familia, como también, es necesario eliminar barreras socioculturales en la atención perinatal. Se encontró escasa investigación sobre la labor del psicólogo en los cuidados perinatales.
