Purpose: The present study aims to identify the attitudes of men living in two different cities of Turkey towards violence against women and to investigate the variables affecting their attitudes towards violence.Design and Methods: This descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted in two factories in Ağrı and Kahramanmaraş cities between October and November 2019.Findings: Participants' ISKEBE Violence against Women Attitude Scale mean score was 98.14 ± 20.30, Attitudes towards Body subscale mean score was 64.73 ± 11.99, and Attitudes towards Identity subscale mean score was 33.41 ± 10.45. Of all the participants, 32.6% demonstrated positive attitudes towards violence against women, and 67.4% demonstrated negative attitudes towards violence against women.
Ruh Sağlığı Okuryazarlığı (RSO), ruhsal bozukluklarla ilgili bilgi ve inançları tanımayı, ruhsal bozuklukları önleme ve yönetmeyi, aynı zamanda ruhsal bozukluklarda yardım arama davranışını sağlayan, sağlık okuryazarlığının bir alt kümesidir. Araştırma, sağlık temalı bir vakıf üniversitesinin lisans bölümlerine kayıtlı 268 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Bu araştırmada; üniversite öğrencilerinin ruh sağlığı okuryazarlığı ve psikolojik sağlamlık düzeylerini değerlendirmek ve bunlar arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veriler; Kişisel Veri Toplama Formu, Ruh Sağlığı Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği (RSOY) ve Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği (KPSÖ) aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Öğrencilerin KPSÖ puan ortalaması 15,29±4,00; RSOY puan ortalaması 16,60±2,80’dir. Objective: The present study was conducted to examine the relationship between psychosocial health and depressive symptom levels of pregnant women.Methods: The data of 150 pregnant women who were followed up in the Family Healthcare Center were collected by face-to-face interview. The data were collected with study specific Personal Data Form, the Psychosocial Health Assessment in Pregnancy Scale (PHAPS), and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).Results: The mean age of the pregnant participants was 27.49±5.69 years, and the mean marriage duration was 6.21±5.33 years and average number of pregnancies 2.50±1.58. Of the pregnant women participating in the study, 26.0% were in the first trimester, 34.7% were in the second trimester, and 39.3% were in the third trimester. The total mean score of the PHAPS during the pregnancies of the women was 2.06±0.6 and their psychosocial health status was poor. It was found that 23.3% of the pregnant women had mild, 8.7% had moderate, and 0.7% had severe depression symptoms.Conclusion: Negative and moderately significant relations were detected between better psychosocial health status and depression during pregnancy.
Giriş ve Amaç: Covid19'lu bireylerin bakımına doğrudan katılan sağlık çalışanlarının bu dönemde psikolojik sıkıntı ve ruhsal sorunlar açısından risk altında olduğu bilinmektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, psikolojik sağlamlık, anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerini incelemek ve sosyodemografik ve pandemi ile ilişkili özellikler ile psikolojik sağlamlık, anksiyete ve depresyon düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma, tanımlayıcı, ilişki arayıcı ve kesitsel türde bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini araştırmaya katılmayı gönüllü olarak kabul eden 260 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin %68.1’inin kadın olduğu belirlendi. Katılımcıların depresyon, anksiyete ve psikolojik sağlamlık puan ortalamaları sırasıyla; 11.0±7.6, 14.7±10.9, 19.4±4.3’dür. BDE ölçek puanından 17 ve üzeri puan alan hemşire oranının %19.6 olduğu gözlenirken, BAÖ ölçek puanından 12 ve üzeri puan alan hemşire oranının %51.9 olduğu belirlendi.
