This paper establishes the finite element model of XK2535 gantry machining center ram structure, and considers the influence of bearing to the slippery pillow in the axial direction to analyzes the rams temperature field and thermal deformation based on ABAQUS. Finally using SINUMERIK 840D is to compensating thermal error of the ram.
The dynamic characteristic of automatic transmission system of tracked vehicle was thorough analyzed. The primary characteristic of torque converter was proposed by means of regression analysis of test result. The dynamic model of three-freedom planetary transmission was constituted using drive principles of planetary transmission. Thus the foundation of intelligent control and simulation system of automatic transmission of tracked vehicle was established.
Through the FEM analysis of the unloading wheel and unloading beam in unloading mechanism of the beam by using ANSYS, we obtained the deformation curve of unloading beam under the worst working conditions. The deformation compensation method can be used to manufacture the unloading beam for purpose of improving the machining accuracy. The straightness of guide of beam is up to 0.01mm/1000mm. We obtained that the maximum deformation of unloading wheel was 17.6, the maximum stress was 55.8MPa and the maximum contact stress was 37.5MPa. In order to ensure the security of unloading wheel, the consistency of theoretical result and simulation result were verified by using Hertz contact theory.
The effect of rectilinear-flow upon kinestate of particles had been investigated by numerical calculation about mixed particle swarm in the process of pneumatic conveyance. The effect of kinestate upon pressure loss, particles position and velocity has been analyzed. The air velocity is 20m/s, and the length of the pipe is 4m. It was found that most particles are accumulated at the bottom of the pipe, and particles velocity tends to stabilize at the top. Stopping would probably be formed at the bottom if the energy of air stream is not enough. In addition, bottom of pipe exceeds top in the number of collision between particles because of the accumulation of particles, so pressure loss at the bottom is much more than that of the top.
Large heavy-duty CNC machine tools commonly used rolling bearing as Main bearing. This paper analyses the causes of Main bearing fever deeply, pointing out the mechanism of the bearing heating; combined with the practical application of the TK6926 landing CNC milling and borings main bearing, putting forward the main method to reduce the rolling bearing fever and achieved good results.
