Due to the coal mine production environment, there often have the bad gas coal-dust explosion, fire, floods and other security hidden danger, coal mine safety accidents occur frequently. This paper introduces a design method of using the average of RSS I miners positioning system: use of personnel carries out the location of the machine, the positioning machine collect the base RSS I value and coordinates on the top of the collection of several positioning, through the collection of value to RSS I averaged calculation thus selection signal strength to the mean of RSS I value, these constitute list next RSS I value through the channel attenuation model into the corresponding distance measurement algorithm, using the trilateral out the orientation of the coordinates of the machine. At last, this system can communicate by the positioning base stations, gateway and ground of PC. It realize the quickly location of the miners and attendance tracking management, and can provide effective fast relief help to the sudden mine accidents. It also take a good stimulative effect for the coal mine safety in production.
In recent years, remarkable progress has been made in the field of MIG welding technology. In this paper, three kinds of innovative MIG welding technology were introduced - pulsed MIG welding, double wire MIG welding and MIG hybrid welding. Recent development and achievements were summarized, including features of the various processes and applications. In the end, the future tendency was discussed.
Aiming at the coke oven temperature characteristics of great inertia pure time-delay, non-linear and time changeable, a new method that genetic algorithm is introduced to optimize PID parameters is proposed .In calculation of iteration, the optimal solutions are always reserved to guarantee all individuals to converge to the global optimization. For obtaining perfect control effect, the square of control quantity and overshoot-punishment item are set to an objective function with a time-integral to the absolute value of error. The genetic PID algorithm is adopted to control the output temperature. The simulation results of the proposed algorithm applied to a simplified oven model show the feasibility of the method
Rotor position detection is important for motor servo system design. In general, there are two kinds of methods to obtain the position information in real time, sensor or sensorless methods. The sensor methods use position sensors such as optical encoder. This will greatly increase the cost of the system, and the sensor with high precision is difficult to be installed. On the other hand, the sensorless method can reduce the cost, but the reliability and complexity of the algorithm is still the problems. In this paper, a new low-cost integrated position detection unit, which is composed of the integrated position sensor, signal processing hardware and software, is described. The sensor is easy to manufacture and has better precision with the help of signal processing circuit and software based on DSP. The sensor can obtain absolute rotating angle using inductance detection method, and it is originally designed and used for a 2-phase hybrid stepping motor position servo system. Even though the feedback unit is originally designed for a 2-phase hybrid stepping motor, the same unit also can be used with other types of motors.
