Speech Recognition research has been ongoing for more than 80 years. Various attempts have been made to develop and improve speech recognition process around the world. Research on ASR by machine has attracted much attention over the last few decades. Bengali is largely spoken all over the world. There are lots of scopes yet to explore in the research regarding offline automatic Bangla speech recognition system. In our work, a moderate size speech corpus and a HMM based speech recognizer have been built to analyze the error pattern. Audio recordings have been collected from different persons in both quiet and noisy area. Live test has been carried out also to check the performance of the model individually. The percentage of the error and the percentage of correction with the created models are presented in this paper along with the results obtained during the live test. Finally, the results are analyzed to get the error pattern needed for future development.
An innovative 8 transistor (8T) static random access memory (SRAM) architecture with a simple and reliable read operation is presented in this study. LTspice software is used to implement the suggested topology in the 16nm predictive technology model (PTM). Investigations into and comparisons with conventional 6T, 8T, 9T, and 10T SRAM cells have been made regarding read and write operations' delay and power consumption as well as power delay product (PDP). The simulation outcomes show that the suggested design offers the fastest read operation and PDP optimization overall. Compared to the current 6T and 9T topologies, the noise margin is also enhanced. Finally, the comparison of the figure of merit (FoM) indicates the best efficiency of the proposed design.
In this study, a new general expression for the frequency of a SERO is constructed, which includes two additional variables, Kd and Rw, and improves upon the traditional equations by accounting for all analysis models and various width ratios. When compared with the the conventional equations, the proposed equation is a better alternate to study the frequency response when the width ratio is concerned parameter for researchers which is addressed by the variable Rw. A three stage SERO is simulated in 90 nm technology using Cadence Virtuoso platform to establish this equation. The value of Kd obtained remains almost equal which justifies the reason for using this approach traditionally to calculate the delay.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
