The extraction of edge feature is a key technology in the foreign fibers recognition. The traditional algorithm of edge detection operator is more sensitive to noise, which is unable to extract complete edge information. Based on the morphological edge detection, we can get the ideal foreign fibers edge characteristics under the condition of noise for the multi-scale structure elements, combining with inflation and corrosion operator to structure morphology gradient operator, the adjustment of morphology structure elements dimensions. Experiment results show that it has a certain feasibility and effectiveness compared to classic edge detection algorithm in the respect of restraining the noise and improving the testing precision.
The pavement image collected under the natural light, often exist the uneven background grayscale , it affects the subsequent image processing. For this reason, this paper puts forward an image correction method that is based on the morphology. The method get the uneven background light image through the morphology opening operation for the original image , then subtracting the background from the original image and eliminate the influence of the uneven background. Due to the difference image has the low contrast ratio, this paper improves the contrast ratio of the difference image by the contrast enhancement algorithm. Experimental results show that the method can correction the uneven lighting image , and improve the contrast ratio of the image. The construction machinery moving speed is an essential variable to identify its attractive performance. To realize construction machinery real-time and adaptive control, it is necessary to measure the machinery actual speed. But the traditional measurement method is not precise enough and costly too much. To search a new method, the high-speed linear CCDcamera is used to collect the road surface gray image. A machinery vision model is set up for the random road surface texture. Using cross-correlation algorithm two frame continuous image pixels are figured out. The construction machinery moving speed can be counted out by analyzing the vision model projection relationship and the two frame continuous image time.The feasibleness and precision of this method are proved by experiments.
