Adolescents are an age group that has been often understood as a group that is in the phase of rebellion, the search for identity, synonymous with delinquency and so on so that it requires special education and supervision both carried out culturally in the family and society and structurally by the state. One form of institutionalization of supervision and education for adolescents is the establishment of an Adolescent Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R) in schools. The problem is that in today's digital era, the existence of PIK-R in schools is fading. The students in the target group are more often looking for information and even conducting "consultations" through various internet-based digital platforms. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observations, documentation and review of literatures. To improve the validity of the data used techniques of triangulation of sources and theories. The results showed that PIK-R SMA IT Purwokerto has begun to transform using digital media. This can be seen from the use of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok as a medium for disseminating information. The information content conveyed by PIK-R is no longer fixated on the TRIAD KRR material or the 8 GenRe substance but has accommodated the issues of adolescents in the digital era such as mental health, toxic productivity and so on. The management of PIK-R carried out by students allows PIK-R to adapt to the needs of today's teenagers, both in terms of content and digital platforms used. The aspect that needs to be improved is to find a solution to increase student interaction and engagement with PIK-R digital accounts, so that PIK-R SMA IT Al Irsyad Purwokerto not only exists physically, but is optimally utilized by all students.
The Corona Virus Disease 19 currently has disrupted all aspects of life, including education. The teachers and students have to adapt to the studying and learning process and how to serve students. This phenomenon is important and interesting to study. The research uses a qualitative case study method with data collection through observation, dialogical interviews, Focus Group Discussion, Participatory Decision Making, and documentation analysis. Informants are teachers represented from the fifth-grade elementary schools, both urban and rural areas, besides the principals, educational leaders, and practitioners in the District of Banyumas, the Province of Middle Java, Indonesia. The research analysis uses interactive analysis starting from data collection, data reduction, verification, and triangulation till the conclusion drawing. The results showed that teachers and students in research areas alike experienced technological disruption both in the educational process or services to students during the pandemic as an effect of the changing of studying learning methods from face-to-face to online. Another result found the use of digital media in the process of implementing and evaluating the studying learning process hurts boredom, lack of concentration on the lesson, and humanistic interaction with other students. In contrast, the result also found a positive impact such as interesting and innovative digital applications that can support the educational process during that pandemic. It is necessary to socialize, adapt, adopt innovation and increase competence for teachers and students, especially in the use of digital-based learning media and applications (online) including quality assurance of the education implementation and evaluation process.
Batik is a heritage of art, culture, economy, and local wisdom products that are unique, and attractive. It has been globally. Central Java has several batik centers, one of which is Batik Gumelem in The sub-District of Susukan, Banjarnegara Regency is a research location. The study aims to construct student community services in batik education for the young generation the art, culture, and products as local wisdom. This study used quantitative methods and descriptive analysis through the distribution of questionnaires with a quota sample of 100 students from high schools and vocational schools at the research location. The result shows that community service as education can be analyzed into three aspects. First, declarative knowledge refers to the student's understanding of the types of batik and the importance of batik lessons to preserve local wisdom products. The second aspect is procedural knowledge which emphasizes the student's interest and assessment that learning batik, especially designing digitalmotifs, is not difficult. However, in the conceptual aspect, students considered that being a batik craftsman and entrepreneur was not prospective to generate a more promising income such as being an employee. Those results show the empowerment of the younger generation in the field of batik since designing both manually and digitally, to the process of batik to coloring is very important, besides skills in eco-print batik product innovation and its marketing promotion strategies through digital media. The empowerment of batik will contribute to developing the motivation, knowledge.
In the era of the second new media, where technology is very fast and reaches a wider audience, new media has become a mandatory choice as a means of promotion for the world of business, industry, and even education. One of the BUMDES efforts to increase village income is to build village parks. The emergence of village parks simultaneously makes the competition more intense, therefore a strategy is needed on how to utilize new media so that the results are maximized. One of the village parks that is currently being promoted to attract more residents is the Lazuardi Park located in Susukan Village, Sumbang, Banyumas. This study will look at how the strategy of using new media is carried out by the Susukan BUMDES for community empowerment and increasing the number of visitors to Lazuardi Park, so that it can strengthen the economic resilience of rural communities.This research was conducted in Susukan Village Park, Sumbang, Banyumas using descriptive qualitative research methods, using data collection techniques in the form of FGDs, in-depth interviews, and literature studies.The results showed that the promotion carried out by the manager of Lazuardi Village park was by utilizing social media, namely fb, instagram, and websites. The efforts made by the manager of Lazuardi Park are one of the efforts to increase the economic resilience of Susukan Village, including by diversifying promotions, improving infrastructure, managing human resources and funding. Salah satu taman desa yang saat ini sedang melakukan promosi agar dikunjungi banyak warga adalah taman Lazuardi yang berada di Desa Susukan, Sumbang, Banyumas. Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana strategi pemanfaatan media baru yang dilakukan oleh BUMDES Susukan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat dan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung taman Lazuardi, sehingga bisa menguatkan ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat desa.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Taman Desa Susukan, Sumbang, Banyumas dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa FGD, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi yang dilakukan oleh pengelola taman Desa Lazuardi adalah dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, yaitu fb, instagram, dan website. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh pengelola taman Lazuardi adalah salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi Desa Susukan, diantaranya adalah dengan diversifikasi promosi, perbaikan infrastruktur, pengelolaan SDM dan pendanaan. This research aims to analysis the connections among communication, participation, and conflictwithin community empowerment. As we know that community empowerment is not a single activity,but is an ongoing process which is cannot be separated to other variables. Without participation fromall of the stakeholders involved, the community empowerment cannot reach its goal. Thisparticipation gives an open and greater opportunity for all stakeholders to get involved in the process,even to control it. Unfortunately, a greater power for the stakeholder precisely will give anunproductive impact when it correlated to a hidden interest which often tends to give an advantage totheir own group. Furthermore, it cannot be denied if the emerging of conflict which is difficult to besolved. In this part, communication plays an important role to prevent it from that conflict when thereis a mutual understanding among all of the stakeholders. This effective communication will alsocontribute to conflict resolution.
