Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-LKPD guided inquiry berbantuan liveworksheet untuk meningkatkan literasi sains pada submateri faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju reaksi yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kimia. Metode pengembangan e-LKPD menggunakan 4-D yang dibatasi sampai Develop. Kriteria kelayakan penelitian ini meliputi kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Desain uji coba penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design pada 20 peserta didik SMAN 3 Surabaya. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Kriteria kevalidan diperoleh dari hasil validasi para ahli yang memperoleh rata-rata presentase 88% (sangat valid). Kriteria kepraktisan diperoleh dari dari hasil observasi aktivitas dan respon peserta didik yang memperoleh rata-rata presentase masing-masing 100% dan 93% (sangat praktis). Kriteria keefektifan diperoleh dari ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif dan hasil pretest-posttest (keterampilan literasi sains) yang diuji t dengan nilai signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pretest dengan posttest, peserta didik mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif maupun keterampilan literasi sains terlihat pada skor n-gain ranah kognitif (nilai sig. 0,101-0,081) dan skor n-gain ranah literasi sains (nilai sig. 0,050-0,411) dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-LKPD yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran yang efektif untuk peningkatan literasi sains.
