Introduction: Puskesmas Bogor Selatan has coverage of infant health services which include the detection of child growth and development with an average percentage of the number of visits of 64.4% in 2018 and decreased by 60% in 2019 and decreased to 58% in 2020. The decline in these achievements cannot be separated from the efforts made by all components of both health workers, posyandu cadres, and community participation. Program support through sweeping tracking in toddlers who do not visit posyandu is also a supporting factor for the increase. Strategies and efforts must still be made because, despite the increase from the previous year, it is still far from the target set at 95%. Objectives: The purpose of the research is to find out the relationship between the role of posyandu cadres, the provision of basic immunization, and nutritionally conscious behavior with the growth and development of infants aged 0-12 months in the working area of the Puskesmas Bogor Selatan in 2022. Method: This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. the population is 103 people and the sample is taken by purposive sampling technique which is 56 samples according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. data collection using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Result: The results of primary data research as a data source obtained from the questionnaire results were analyzed using validity, reliability, and bivariate analysis tests using the Chi-Square test with a meaningful level of α = 0.05 or 95% obtained-values = 0.020. 0.005 and 0.002. Conclusion: In conclusion, there is a relationship between the role of posyandu cadres, the provision of basic immunization, and nutritionally conscious behavior with the growth and development of infants aged 0-12 months.
The Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey in 2012 showed that the Maternal Mortality Rate in Indonesia was 359 per 100,000 live births. In order to support and improve Maternal and Child Health through midwife graduates, the midwife professional study program is held. One of the factors that influence students' interest in continuing midwife professional education is the marketing mix. This research is to find out the direct and indirect effects and the magnitude of the influence of the marketing mix on the interest of midwifery students in continuing midwife professional education. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach that uses cross-sectional design. The sample used was 70 PTS midwifery students. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS 2.0 and SPSS 20. The research findings show that student interest is directly influenced by product factors of 17,62%, price 19,97%, promotion13,19%, people 7,00% and physical 32,96%. the campus should be even more active in promoting midwife professional study programs so that students understand the importance of continuing midwife professional education.
