Abstract. The Yugur folk songs with distinctive ethnic characteristics. Traditional folk songs retain more features of minority folk songs, and have important research value and cultural value. The eastern folk songs due to historical and geographical factors, and in the process of language integration, with the influence of Mongolian folk songs, the folk songs produced unique singing characteristics. This paper uses the research the method of speech acoustics, research on Eastern Yugur traditional folk songs singing voice timbre, including two aspects of singer's formant and singing voice frequency characteristics. The study concluded that the folk songs singing timbre features and singer singing characteristics.
Abstract. Yugur is a unique ethnic minority in Gansu province of China, mainly distributed in the territory of Sunan County in Gansu province. Yugur traditional folk songs recorded in history and culture, is one of the important forms of oral culture. This paper based on the previous research foundation, voice acoustic analysis technology was applied to yugur traditional folk songs research. By summarizing the basic fields and research methods of the study, provide a way for the folk acoustic research and speech research.
This article will use the theory of experimental phonetics to describe the acoustic characteristics of vowels in Western Yugur language, making the speech signal more specific and objective. Using the vowel distribution pattern theory and the vowel formant pattern, extract and analyze various acoustic parameters of vowels in Western Yugur language, establish acoustic vowel maps and vowel pattern maps, and explore the acoustic characteristics of vowels in Western Yugur language.
