Operational effectiveness evaluation is of great significance for early warning operation of antimissile, which provides quantitative basis for equipment development, operational planning, combat method research and operational management. In view of the shortcomings of TOPSIS, this paper improves the TOPSIS method. First, before calculating positive and negative ideal solutions, it establishes corresponding standardized methods for different evaluation indexes to solve the problems of inconsistent impact of each evaluation index on operational effectiveness and the “drowning” of small value indexes by large value indexes. Second, it calculates the weight of each index based on combination weighting method to overcome the shortcomings of single subjective or objective weighted method. On this basis, the operational effectiveness evaluation method of antimissile early warning based on combination weighted TOPSIS is proposed, and the quantitative evaluation and comparative analysis of different operational schemes are carried out. The simulation results show that the effectiveness evaluation result of antimissile early warning operation based on combination weighted TOPSIS method is scientific.
Aiming at the problem of threat assessment for ballistic missile, a comprehensive assessment method of ballistic missile based on Improved TOPSIS is proposed to assess and rank the threat of incoming ballistic missile, which provides the basis for early warning resource scheduling, development of interception strategy, implementation of fire interception and other operations. First of all, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of TOPSIS method, and improves it in two aspects: one is the improvement of data standardization, the other is the improvement of index weight calculation method. The experimental results show that, compared with the typical methods such as fuzzy set and Bayesian network, the comprehensive threat assessment method of ballistic missile in this paper is more scientific and reasonable.
For the problem which the subjectivity of confirming weight is too strong and depending on accurate data in VIKOR, we propose a method of ballistic missile threat assessment based on improved VIKOR. In our method, VIKOR is improved at two aspects. On the one hand, the algorithm of confirming weith is improved, which adopts combination weight covering for expert decision-making; On the other hand, the computing model of VIKOR is improved also, which boosts up the ability of dealing with fuzzy problem. Experiments show that our method of ballistic missile threat assessment is reasonable.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
