Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the design of spherical cymbal transducer. Through variance analysis of orthogonal experiment results, the primary and secondary order that each design factor affects the frequency performance of spherical cymbal transducer has been found. At the same time, the significant level of each design factor has been gained. Those factors which have highly significant or significant effects on the frequency performance of spherical cymbal transducer should be considered carefully during design spherical cymbal transducer, and those factors which have no significant effects can be ignored. In this way, the design factors were reduced, and the design complexity of spherical cymbal transducer was simplified.
This paper aims to present a new way of providing calibration services, which uses the Internet to expand present calibration technology and makes the calibration process easy to operate. A new technology that is known as “tele-calibration” is presented. Further, this paper also discusses the general construction of the tele-calibration systems.
This paper put forward a design of Geomagic Plug-in based RE and RP System of 3D crafts and narrates the design method of the system software after giving some introduction to the design method of Geomagic plug-in. The system is an integration of RE and RP, with which we can easily make gifts with individuation and customization. Many experiments were carried out and the results showed that the design was reasonable and feasible and the research on the system was significant.
