Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have recently garnered consideration as an attractive solid substrate because the highly tunable MOF framework can not only serve as an inert host but also enhance the selectivity, stability, and/or activity of the enzymes. Herein, we demonstrate the advantages of using a mechanochemical strategy to encapsulate enzymes into robust MOFs. A range of enzymes, namely β-glucosidase, invertase, β-galactosidase, and catalase, are encapsulated in ZIF-8, UiO-66-NH2, or Zn-MOF-74 via a ball milling process. The solid-state mechanochemical strategy is rapid and minimizes the use of organic solvents and strong acids during synthesis, allowing the encapsulation of enzymes into three prototypical robust MOFs while maintaining enzymatic biological activity. The activity of encapsulated enzyme is demonstrated and shows increased resistance to proteases, even under acidic conditions. This work represents a step toward the creation of a suite of biomolecule-in-MOF composites for application in a variety of industrial processes.
Several kinds of main stalk and stubble processing technologies and corresponding machines used in Liaoning Province are researched in this paper. The key parameters influenced stubble chopping are analyzed on the basis of understanding the principles of “ 2BISJ-2110 precision planter”. In order to solve the shortcoming of disturbing much soil and more power loss of“2BISJ-2110 precision planter” and achieve saving materials, reduce the cost and the water massive disappearing due to the agitation of the soil, entire stubble chopping is changed to seed line stubble chopping. Using the computer VB language to study the parameters of stalks and stubbles according to mathematical model about coulter ends and the path. In order to realize the narrow band and shallow treatment of the stalks and stubbles , taking single ridge width as 100-110mm and using the Solidwork software to design and draw rotary blade , L stubble breaking blade, cutter head ,blade holder , roller and so on . 2 kinds of feasible knife roll disposition plans are presented, which provides a design basis for new type narrow band rotary cultivation stalk and stubble chopper.
Abstract.To improve the accuracy of load forecasting, the temperature factor was introduced into the load forecasting in this paper. This paper analyzed the characteristics of power load variation, and researched the rule of the load with the temperature change. Based on the linear regression analysis, the mathematical model of load forecasting was presented with considering the temperature effect, and the steps of load forecasting were given. Used MATLAB, the temperature regression coefficient was calculated. Using the load forecasting model, the full-day load forecasting and time-sharing load forecasting were carried out. By comparing and analyzing the forecast error, the results showed that the error of time-sharing load forecasting method was small in this paper. The forecasting method is an effective method to improve the accuracy of load forecasting.
The residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipments of Ridge-tillage planter are important working parts which can prevent no-tillage planter from clogging and ensure good quality of seeding. For this, How to use ADAMS software to establish the simulation model of residues cutting and cleaning equipment is introduced, and the simulation analysis of its cutting residues and cleaning the ridge is done in this paper. Simulation results show that running results are in line with the theoretical analysis, which improved the design of residues cutting and ridge cleaning equipment of No-tillage planter.
A synchronous permanent magnet planar motor (SPMPM) with Halbach array is proposed. The flux density distribution of Halbach array is obtained by analytical method; then, the characteristics of SPMPM with Halbach magnet array are evaluated. At last, the experiment results are used to verify the analysis propriety of this SPMPM. By comparison, it can be concluded that the analysis of SPMPM with Halbach magnet array is credible and feasible.
Time-based maintenance is mainly used by power plants in our country. Through the study of the disadvantages of time-based maintenance, condition-based maintenance is proposed. This paper details the superiority and the concept of condition-based maintenance, the trigonometry fuzzy number theory and the fuzzy fault tree analysis have been proposed in the state diagnosis. This paper provides the reference to online monitoring and the levels of diagnosis. It’s a reliable plan that the application of condition-based maintenance to power plants.
No-tillage planter is researched by using virtual prototype technology and Each machine parts of no-tillage planter were modeled and simulated by solidworks software. the efficiency of the mechanical product development and design quality are improved, the development cycle is shorten, design cost is reduced. The simulation results show that ridge clearing coulter endpoint track, displacement, velocity and acceleration curve have been obtained through simulation are the same as theoretical analysis. The accuracy of theoretical analysis results is Verified, through the finite element analysis to residue breaking device of no-tillage planter, device stress, strain and displacement, and twisted, modal indexes under specified load are tested , providing the basis for further optimization design.
On the formulation of a super-element for the dynamic problem of a cracked plate, a geometric series of similar elements is designed. This group of elements is generated layer by layer, approaching in®nitely small size around the point of singularity. The relations between similar elements for the stiness matrix and the mass matrix are established. The concept of matrix condensation is applied to formulate the superelement by using these relationships. This method presents a feasible approach to the solution of the cracked problem with an arbitrary order of stress singularity. The method is computationally economical.
