Based on the government-sponsored economic production quantity(EPQ)model, this paper analyses technology patent storage problems in university-enterprise cooperation under the perspective of S&T-oriented small-micro enterprise, finds out the optimal number and cycle of patent research which can keep S&T-oriented small-micro enterprise the lowest cost of research and storage, then puts forward the future research direction.
Based on the previous research and its weaknesses,this paper analyses patent storage problems in technology-based enterprise and universitys cooperation under the triple helix innovation through short-supply-allowed EOQ model,and explores the optimal storage period,the biggest shortage and the lowest-cost.Then this paper draws some related conclusions.
Based on the practical demand of the development of Chinese economy for the cooperation of S&T-oriented small-micro enterprises with university-industry-government, herein we analyzed the issue of patent storage in the cooperation between S&T-oriented small-micro enterprises and universities by a EPQ model with shortage. We calculated the optimum quantity and cycle for patent research, proposing a direction towards further studies. This article is specific to the enhancement for the previous work by Ye and Su (2013).
To deepen the existing research, this paper analyzes the intellectual property formal conflicts in knowledge transferring among enterprises in EC environment. Then it researches intellectual property conflicts evaluation in knowledge transferring in EC environment, raises hypothesis of related questions and notation hypothesis, and accomplishes the evaluation research on intellectual property conflicts in knowledge transferring among enterprises in EC environment by AHM and Bayesian. Finally it gives the future research orientations.

Manufacturing Resource Domain Ontology was derived and established based on the concept of the ontology in this paper. Model description was completed with protégé.
