This study investigated the needs and influencing factors of community nursing service for elderly diabetes patients, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide scientific basis for the community nursing service mode of elderly diabetes patients. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 520 elderly community diabetic patients in the sample area by stratified sampling. Descriptive analysis, single factor analysis and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis were used to analyze the nursing service needs and influencing factors. The study showed that the demand score of community elderly diabetes patients for health promotion was 34.18±5.084, and the highest demand score was regular physical examination. The demand score of disease care was 20.55±5.099, and the highest demand score was to provide fixed time for follow-up visit. The score of nursing demand for complications was 20.96±4.714, and the highest demand was the prevention and nursing of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The results of multi-factor analysis showed that the factors affecting the demand for health promotion care included BMI, financial source, treatment condition, VAS score, pain/discomfort, and the standard of fasting blood glucose. In the development of community care for elderly diabetes, it is necessary to clarify the diversified nursing needs of patients and the problems existing in the service process, provide multi-level and individualized community care services, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
This study tried to carry out a research to learn the current status of urban GPs and the influencing factors so that management strategies are proposed in order to provide guidance for improving the ability of general practitioners and optimizing the quality of community health services. Stratified random cluster sampling was employed to recruit 185 community general practitioners in sample cities among which questionnaires were distributed. Two independent samples t-test, analysis of variance, and multiple linear stepwise regression were used to analyze the datas. Based on the theoretical framework of the Unity Nations Development Programme (UNDP) capability evaluation, we propose measures and suggestions from the system, organization, and individual levels. The capacity of the 35 community-based general practitioners in the five dimensions of the urban community surveyed in this study (35-175 points), and the total score of the community-based general practitioners in the urban community (128.64) 18.958 points, the scores of each dimension are the basic medical service ability (32.02±5.659) points, the public health service ability (39.42±6.923) points, the humanities occupational ability (19.68±2.799) points, and the professional accomplishment (19.31±2.775) points. Scientific research ability (18.20±3.373) points. The results showed that the general service ability of general practitioners, academic qualifications, income satisfaction, and familiarity are the influencing factors which influence the service ability of general practitioners in urban communities. In the future development of the community general practitioner team, it is necessary to clarify the functional orientation of community general practitioners under the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, provide multi-level appropriate community general medical services, and comprehensively consider community general practitioners to improve service capabilities. At the level of demand issues, and then based on this development to solve the problem of countermeasures and suggestions.
With the arrival of the era of big data, data has become a kind of important assets. In order to get a better utilization of big data, paid or unpaid data sharing will be a trend. And as one of key techniques to maintain security of data sharing, access control will play an important role in cloud storage services. This paper proposes an access control method for revocation of user rights in cloud storage services. Revoking user rights includes two aspects: revoking users and revoking attributes. The model presented in this paper is composed of attribute authority (AA), data owner (DO), user and cloud server. The key components of each part are generated by AA and DO, thus avoiding the joint attack between the user and AA. Then, the security of the scheme is analyzed by using Decisional Bilinear Diffie-Hellman (DBDH) theory. Experiments show that the scheme can effectively revoke user rights. Compared with other schemes, the proposed scheme has higher efficiency in terms of computation cost and communication cost. The research results have certain theoretical and practical significance.
