The aim of this study was to explore the effect of marketing innovation on customer satisfaction in Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Also, the study involved the effect of each one of the elements of marketing innovation (innovation in marketing, innovation in performance, innovation in culture and innovation in product) on the customer satisfaction level. A special questioner was developed to collect the data from (110) person, valid questioner was (102), which considered to be (92.7%) of the participants. The result of analysis of the data by using SPSS 21 program; indicated that there was a statically significance strong positive relationship between customer satisfaction and marketing innovation, so (41 %) of the customer satisfaction might be explained by marketing innovation. And the strongest significance relationship in relation to the elements of marketing innovation was the relationship between innovation in performance and the customer satisfaction, while the innovation of marketing was in the second degree.The current study recommend to the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority to enhance the innovation of culture in between the employees to improve their customer satisfaction levels.
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of work alienation on employee turnover intention among the employees in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional design were used by distributing of (100) self reporting questionnaire, which was consist of three parts; the first part was for the demographical characteristics of the employees, the second part was for the Work Alienation scale and the third part was Anticipated Turnover Scale (ATS). The results revealed that work alienation levels was in a moderate level {mean= 3.13 (SD=.81)}, and a total of 27 (29.3%) employees show the aim of turnover the jobs. Moreover, the regression results reveals that there was a strong significance effect for work alienation on employee turnover intention (r = .729); and (53.1%) of the employee turnover intention could be explained from work alienation. The negative effect of work alienation in the preservation of the expert employees, need more focus and hard work by the human resources departments to take precautionary measures for this negative effect.

The performance of employee's efficiency and productivity considered as significant indicators to determine competitiveness and productivity for institutions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the threats of efficiency and productivity among the employees in the Jordanian public institutions. The research method used is qualitative method by performing a semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions for (40) employees in the Jordanian public institutions. The results of the study show that threats of efficiency and productivity in public institutions employees are poor skill level, non-provision for rewards and appreciation, unawareness of latest project management techniques, prolonged purchase procedures, trade-off in cost and quality of equipment, rework and quality issues and distance between workplace and house. Formal, specialized and modified productivity improvement model recommended overcoming on these threats.
