Çalışma, kurumların kuruluş sırası ile kurum kültürü oluşumunun bağlantısını Alfred Adler'in kavramsal yaklaşımı üzerinden ele alarak değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
This study focuses on revealing the themes that are heavily involved in the videos found on children's channels on video sharing sites. In the study, the videos that were obtained from YouTube children's channels, which are considered as one of the most important channels for children's access to videos, are analysed and themes for the content of the videos are determined. When the literature is examined, it is seen that some steps have been taken to determine the video content in previous studies, but there is a limited number of studies especially on children's videos and the contents of these videos. It is anticipated that this study will fill the existing gap regarding the themes that children, especially as an age group that is susceptible to influence, come across while watching these videos. The importance of the research can also be evaluated in the light of the idea that children are the future of societies, within the framework of addressing the issues that especially affect children in younger age groups. According to the results of the study, it is determined that there are some implicit themes in the analyzed video contents. Although the themes change in each video, it is seen that the themes of labour exploitation and promoting consumerism are the most prominent among the themes in the videos within the scope of the answers of the coders. However, other themes which are identified through this research are gender roles, causing negative emotions through communication, and promoting poor nutrition.
