Moreover, after Chi-Square Test (independence) which was used to test the independence of variables, Kendall and Spearman correlation tests were used to determine the correlation. In this study, all statistical analyses were performed using computer and SPSS software.
The concept of competitiveness has considered by many researchers and governments over the last decade and many studies have been done about this subject. The results illustrates that there is a positive and significant relation between the sub-indices of "labor market efficiency" and "business sophistication".
With rapid growth of the Internet and the globalization, companies accepted and adopted the new information and communication technology to offer e-services to their customers, service organizations in the third millennium are trying by accelerating the development process of information technology in various sectors, avoiding from traditional patterns and creating new standards to suit the requirement of the information age. In this regard, providing IT-Based services poses a way to control costs, satisfy and fulfill users' expectations and facilitate the use of these services. The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of IT application on e-services quality and identify the relationship among dimensions of these two variables. The population was the Members of Tehran Civil Servants Pension Fund in October 2011. Hypotheses have been proposed in the form of a conceptual model and results achieved using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methodology. In this case, we used the model of Parasurman et al. (2002) to determine dimensions of e-services quality and the Classical Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) for dimensions of IT application (Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use and Intention to use Computer). The results show that these variables are associated together. Therefore, to improve strategic goals it is recommended that senior managers should consider the linkage of these two variables.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and the competitive strategies in Iran-Khodro Automotive Company. The research was conducted in Iran-Khodro Automotive Company. The employees were considered as the population of the study and a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of data collection. Results show that there is a significant relationship between strategy and organizational culture. Policy making models can describe complexity of what happening in real world in a simple and conceivable form. These models are considered as tools for clarifying thinking about policies and each one examines this issue with a special approach and from a specific point of view. In this article, it is attempted to present the most prominent policy making models collected by library study method, their effective factors are identified and the combined model of policy making in Iran is obtained based on relationships between these factors by interpretive structural modeling method using views of the experts. The results illustrates that the Cost-benefit analysis, political currents in society, previous decisions and social influence and power are the most influential factors in policy making.
