Finally, implications were mentioned based on the results.

This study aims to reveal students’ perceptions about the Foreign (English) Language Test implemented as a component of University Entrance Exam. There were two groups as the participants of the study: the first group included pre-service English teachers studying in the English language teaching (ELT) Department and the second group consisted of cram school students preparing for the English Language Test. A questionnaire was implemented to both groups in order to reveal their perceptions about the English Language Test. The data derived from the questionnaires were analysed in a descriptive way through Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and the results were presented in a comparative manner. The results revealed that the rate of pre-service English teachers who think that English Language Test should include all of the language skills is higher than the rate of cram school students. In addition to that most of the pre-service English teachers are not pleased with the content of the test as they have faced with the problems related to the language skills after the onset of studying in ELT Department. This research was conducted in order to determine the behaviors of nurses towards presenteeism and to exhibit the factors which are influential regarding these behaviors. The sample of the study consisted of nurses working in a private hospital who agreed to participate in our study (n=201). Research data were collected using The Individual and Occupational Characteristics Determination Form and The Stanford Presenteism Scale. In the confirmatory factor analysis, Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) was found as 0.623 and Cronbach's Alpha was found as 0.641.30.3%.Of the nurses who participated in the research; 30.3% were male and 69.7% were female. It was observed that event hough the nurses were sick, 53.2% of them were able to complete the difficult tasks regarding their jobs, and 50.7% of the nurses were able to focus on fulfilling their duties. The rate of feeling energetic enough to complete their work was 23.9%, the rate of having difficulty in coping with work stress was 18.9%, the rate regarding the possibility of feeling hopeless about completing the relevant task was 17.9%, and the rate of agreeing with the question of "I do not enjoy doing my job "was found to be 42.8%. Considering these rates, it was seen that nurses had difficulty in doing their jobs even though they were sick, but they had to continue working. While there were statistically significant differences between presenteeism and gender, marital status, age, working time, and income level, no significant difference was observed between educational status.
