Amaç: Bu araştırma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma 1-30 Mayıs 2016 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini bir Sağlık Yüksekokulu'nda öğrenim gören 750 öğrenci, örneklemini ise çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 501 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan tanıtıcı özellikler formu ve Hemşirelikte Meslek Seçimi Ölçeği (HMSÖ) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 20,0 programı kullanılmış, analizinde ortalama, yüzdelik, bağımsız gruplar t testi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 20,82±1,68, %66,9'u kızdır. Hemşirelik mesleğini %65,7'si isteyerek seçtiğini ve %52,3'ü ilk tercihi olduğunu belirtmiştir. Öğrencilerin çoğunun (%74,3) bölümünden memnun oldukları, hemşirelik mesleğini benimsedikleri (%77,6) ve bölümünü değiştirmek istemedikleri (%67,3) belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin bölüm değiştirme istekleri ve mesleği benimseme durumları ile Hemşirelikte Meslek Seçimi Ölçeği alt boyutu olan Mesleki Uygunluk puanı arasındaki fark anlamlı olarak bulunurken (p=. 000); ilgili değişkenler ile Yaşamsal Nedenler alt boyutu puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (p>0,05). Ölçek maddelerinin cinsiyete göre dağılımı incelendiğinde; her iki cinsiyette de meslek seçiminde etkili olan ilk üç ifade sırasıyla "Her zaman insanlara yardım etmek istemişimdir (%36,4)", "Çevremdeki insanlar iyi bir hemşire olacağımı söylerler (%30,2)" ve "Hemşirelikte işsiz kalınmayacağını düşünüyorum (%26,2)" olarak belirlenmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırma bulgularından, öğrencilerin hemşirelik mesleğini benimsedikleri ve kendilerine uygun buldukları söylenebilir.
Ö ÖZ ZE ET T Her geçen gün şiddetin günlük yaşamımızda daha çok yer aldığı görülmektedir. Disiplin amacıyla ya da başka nedenlerle aile içinde çocuğa yönelik şiddet, tüm kültürlerde sık karşılaşılan bir durumdur. Şiddet çocuğa yönelik olmasa da, tüm aile içi şiddet örüntüleri olumsuz aile işlevi-nin işaretidir ve çocukların ruh sağlığına olumsuz etki yapabilmektedir. İnsanlar küçük yaşlarda maruz kaldıkları ya da şahit oldukları davranışları modellemekte ve taklit etmektedir. Doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak çocuklar anne-babalarının ve yakın akrabalarının şiddet içeren davranışlarını öğ-renmektedir. Şiddet içeren bu öğrenilmiş davranışlar çocukluk dönemi boyunca pekiştirilmektedir, ergenlik ve erişkinlik döneminde taklit edilmekte, özellikle stres altında ya da çatışma anında daha çok ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çocukluk çağında karşılaşılan veya tanık olunan şiddet, erişkinlikte madde kullanım bozukluğu, şiddet suçu işleme, intihar girişimleri, eş istismarı ve kötü ebeveyn için risk oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, şiddetin erken ve geç dönemde çocuğa olan etkilerinden, geçmişte şiddete maruz kalan çocukların, sonrasında kendilerinin birer şiddet uygulayıcısı konumuna gelmelerinden ve çocukların tüm yaşam kalitelerini etkilemesinden söz edilmiştir. Domestic violence against children for disciplinary or other reasons, a condition common in all cultures. All types of domestic violence is a sign of negative patterns of family functioning and can impact negatively on children's mental health. People imitate which they have witnessed or are exposed at an early age models and mimic. Directly or indirectly, children learn the violent behavior of their parents and close relatives. Learned violent behavior that is reinforced throughout childhood, adolescence and adulthood also imitated, especially under stress or conflict occurs much more immediate. Encountered or witnessed violence throughout childhood constitutes risk for substance use disorders in adulthood, violence committed a crime, suicide attempts, spousal abuse and bad parents. In this paper, the impact on the child in the early stages of the violence and late, the children are exposed to in the past violence, after one of themselves are mentioned as coming to the location of the practitioners of violence and the influence of all the quality of life of children. Amaç: Bu çalışma, hemşirelik öğrencilerinin hastaların kişisel sağlık verilerinin kayıt ve korunmasına yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırma bir devlet üniversitesinin hemşirelik fakültesi öğrencilerinde yapılmıştır (n=330). Araştırmanın verileri “Öğrenci Tanıtım Formu” ve “Kişisel Sağlık Verilerinin Kayıt ve Korunması Tutum Ölçeği (KVKKTÖ)” ile on-line toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, Mann Whitney-U testi, Kruskal-Wallis H t testi ve Spearsman’s Korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin %74,3’ü kız, %48,3’ü 2. sınıftır. Öğrencilerin %87,1’inin “kişisel veri” kavramını, %70’inin “kişisel sağlık verisi” kavramını daha önce duyduğu ve %95,9’unun hasta bilgilerinin gizli tutulması gerektiğini düşündükleri saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin KSVKKTÖ toplam puan ortancası 4,01±0,86 olup, 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin ölçeğin tüm alt boyutları ile ölçek toplam puanı yüksek ve anlamlıdır (p=0,000). Daha önce kişisel sağlık verisi kavramını duyan öğrencilerin yasal bilgiler ve yasal veri paylaşımı puanları duymayanlara göre yüksek ve istatiksel olarak anlamlıdır (p=0 .004). Sonuç: Öğrencilerin hastaların kişisel sağlık verilerinin kayıt ve korunmasına yönelik tutumlarının olumlu olduğu, 4. sınıf öğrencileri ile düz liseden mezun olanların hastaların sağlık verilerinin korunmasında daha fazla hassasiyet gösterdikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
