There are some psychological and demographic variables that used in interpretations of university students' subjective wellbeing. This study aims at predicting the relationship between five factor personality traits, humor styles, emotional intelligence, age, and gender and subjective well-being. This cross sectional study was conducted with 1534 university students. Data collection tools were Demographic Questionnaire, PANAS, short form of 5Factor Personality Traits Scale, Humor Styles Questionnaire, and Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory. Pearson Product-moment Correlation Co-efficient, Multiple Linear Regression, Independent t-testwere used for analysis of data. A multiple regression analysis was performed with subjective well-being as the dependent variable, and personality, humor styles, emotional intelligence, age and gender as predictor variables. The results show that neuroticism, extraversion, conscientiousness, openness to experience, self-defeating humor, general psychological state, personal skills, inter-personal skills, coping with stress, age, gender are significantly predictive variables of subjective well-being.
