The authors propose to assess and forecast the innovative development of regions using an improved methodological approach, which consists of substantiating statistical indicators of the innovative development, which are verified by correlation analysis (thereby avoiding autocorrelation between indicators of the innovative development of regions). Verification of the evaluation indicators makes it possible to determine the impact factors and the most influential indicators according to the integrated index of the innovative development of regions. Using the Bartlett method for modelling and making predictions makes it possible to take into consideration the impact of the most influential indicators on the values of the integral index, as well as to adjust the predicted values of the integral index. The calculated and forecasted integrated index of the innovative development of regions can be used by local authorities to develop measures that aim to intensify the innovative development of regions, taking into account the most influential factors for each region. The proposed methodological approach for estimating and forecasting the integrated index of the innovative development of regions was tested on the example of Polish voivodeships. To permit a more detailed consideration of the results obtained, three voivodeships, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Pomeranian and Swiętokrzyskie, were studied and compared. The results showed that these voivodeships have different values on the integrated index, which can be attributed to different regions having different levels of innovation development. The most influential factors also differ for each of the regions.
С NMR-spectroscopy; quantum-chemical calculations 4-Hydroxy-/4-oxo tautomerism in the series of 3-substituted 2-methyl-quinolin-4(1H)-ones has been studied by 13 C NMR-spectroscopy and quantum-chemical methods in various approximations DFT and MP2) for the isolated molecules and for solutions using empirical correction of effects for solvents (PCM COSMO procedure). Substituents that are different in their nature have no significant influence on the value of the chemical shift of carbon in position C4 of the quinolone cycle. The only exception is the carbon shielding associated with the bromine atom in the molecule of 3-bromo-2-methyl-1,4-dihydroquinoline-4-one. Significant deshielding detected in all cases in 13 C NMR-spectra of the carbon nuclei in position 4 of the ring is in favour of the existence of all derivatives studied as 4-oxo forms in DMSO-d 6 solution. The experimental and calculated values for the chemical shift of carbon in position C4 of 4-oxo and 4-hydroxy isomers differ considerably and can be used as a criterion for assigning quinolin-4 (1H)-ones to a particular tautomeric form. Експериментальні та розрахункові значення хімічного зсуву для вуглецю в положенні С4 для 4-оксо-і 4-гідрокси-ізомерів помітно відрізняються і можуть бути використані в якості критерію для віднесення хінолін-4 (1Н)-онів до тієї чи іншої таутомерної форми. The article defines that the digitalization of logistics business processes is, if not obligatory, then a very necessary process that allows company reach a new level. Keeping customers in growing competition, providing quality services, reducing the cost of logistics allows company to do the job correctly and efficiently. So the introduction of modern technologies in the logistics company is an integral step towards scaling up and growth. The essence of the company activity digitalization is not to digitize any channel, individual production operation or a separate business process, but in a complex approach to the transformation of the company, covering all areas of the company and all areas of economic activity. The need for the logistics industry to adapt to this new digital age in order to evolve has been proven. Enterprise business process digitalization tools are more flexible tools due to their user interface customization capabilities and integration capabilities with most advanced systems. New purpose – automation of business processes with the use of smart technologies allows company to simplify the load when performing their daily tasks to each employee. The aim of the article is to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the management of the company's logistics business processes by their digitalization. It is claimed that due to the modern policy of increasing digitalization in the company AsstrA Ukraine, there is an increase in indicators and quality of work performance, increasing the level of job satisfaction among employees, which is the key to further growth of the company. It is noted that digital technologies allow to automate supply chain management processes, which reduces operating costs, facilitates simpler and faster billing methods, improves customer service and develops an important new era for building ideal and competitive supply chains.
The aim of the study is to identify aspects of structural changes in economy of the regions in the context of digitalization. The research methodology is a systematic approach to structural changes in the economy of the regions. And to carry out this study used a number of general economic and specific research methods based on current scientific trends in regional economic development and digitalization. The study made it possible to substantiate the following conclusions, namely, the impact on structural changes in regional economic systems in the context of digitalization is from the mega-level, macro-level, meso-level and macro-level. This made it possible to identify the levers of these levels of influence and justify the forms of structural changes that reflect the stages of regional transformation.
The general aspects of the business universe, which consists of two different types of space that have a strategy of red and blue oceans, are revealed. The theoretical basis of the formation of a strategy for the development of ecologically oriented transport and logistics clusters of the blue ocean is substantiated. The mutual influence of environmental aspects, transport and logistics clusters and intelligent transport systems is argued. The relevance of introducing intelligent transport systems to improve the quality of transport services has been proved and their feasibility has been determined. A business model of the development strategy of environmentally oriented transport and logistics clusters is proposed.
