The primary factor of the development of society, production of its culture is the reproduction of a full-fledged personality combining adoption of socio-cultural values and commitment to their transformation and translation into social practices, primarily practices in professional activity, to the greatest extent responsible for creating material, spiritual and artistic values of culture. Such a large-scale (in time and qualitative senses) transformation of personality through culture and for culture in connection with professional activities and biosocial nature of personality in the aggregate determine the involvement of the values of professional physical culture (PPC). Mainly with their use the harmonious development of biosocial starts of personality is provided, also the system of its motor and personal needs and abilities in accordance with the specificity of professional activity in relation to the formation of specific and integrated personal experiences-professional physical culture of personality (PPCP), optimal and typical professional level of which is the factor and prerequisite of the quality of socialization, the process of filling in the values of the culture; a reflection of the quality of higher and secondary professional education. According to modern concepts the components of professional physical culture of personality and its chief characteristics are : physical (optimal physical development, applied motor fitness (psychomotor sphere), physical adaptation); cognitive-intellectual (theoretical preparedness in the sphere of PPC, the state of professionally significant mental processes); axiological (the value orientation in the sphere of PPC and system of social values); physical activity (motives and needs, involvement in profiled sports activities and instructor activities in it). The main features of formation of each of the identified components of PPCP are also presented.
The article discusses and describes theoretical research and practical results of using digital technologies in formation of values of physical culture in the medical university. The experiment involved 1569 young men and women of full-time education form of the Orenburg State Medical University. To collect statistics in the context of a pandemic were used the online questionnaire and interview method. The respondents developed basic digital skills in use of various digital tools that allow them to monitor the physiological indicators. There was observed an increase in the level of motor activity in groups of students during online classes using educational platforms. There was discovered a positive dynamics in the orientation of the student's personality to health as a value. Thus the systematic implementation of digital technologies in the teaching of disciplines (modules) in physical culture and sports contributed personification of the learning process, visualization of environments for the training process, enlargement of forms of physical and recreation activities, introduction of platform solutions as a space for pedagogical innovations.
The quality of the directed usage of physical culture in education values, comprehensive and complex reproduction of the personality, demands a system organization of physical education processes management, which, in its turn, makes it necessary to create and realize a system of complex control of physical culture translators processes and the results of its assimilation. Complex control in this case is a system of management, organization, diagnostics and estimation actions to define the effectiveness of physical education process (processes of physical culture assimilation) and the quality of its correspondence to the established purposes-demands. The system of complex control is represented by two components - directions of its organization and realization: control of a physical education system (including control of external environment factors; physical education competences; educational environment) and the control of a physical education object (including medico biological, psychological and pedagogical forms of control concerning the basic and physical culture of the personality separately). Psychological and pedagogical control is realized with regard to total sizes of the body, physical, technical, behavior, mental and theoretical readiness as well as with regard to each component of the basic culture of the personality (ethical, aesthetic, civil, labour, intellectual (cognitive), communicative). The medico biological form of control comprises diagnostics and evaluation of physical growth data (total sizes of the body, first of all), correspondence of the passport age to the biological and functional readiness (the state of the vascular and respiratory systems), physical working capacity and physical adaptation as well as general state of health.
The relevance of the presented material is due to the need to resolve the contradiction between the social need for human capital reproduction and creation and the insufficient methodological substantiation of the value potential of professional physical culture and profiled physical education in the upbringing of the essential cultural characteristics of the professionals personality as a subject of human capital. The subject of the research is the characteristics of profiled physical education components, while the goal is the methodological substantiation of profiled physical education in the upbringing of culturological characteristics of the professionals personality. It is shown that the methodological basis was formed by the personality-oriented and cultural approaches to the organization of educational processes. It has been substantiated that in the reproduction of human capital one of the leading places is given to the values of professional physical culture with the targeted use of which an optimal ratio is achieved in correcting the bodily-mental-spiritual conditions of a person, his professionally important motor and personal needs and abilities. The author approves the statement that their quality-quantity reflects the development of the individuals professional physical culture, the manifestation of the basic culture of the subject and, in general, characterizes the quality of human capital. It is shown that one of the fundamental types of professional physical culture is profiled physical culture education as a specially organized and specific pedagogical process of development, training and education of professionally significant value orientations, motor and personal needs and abilities of the professionals personality. It is substantiated that the structure of profiled physical education is represented by the following components: profiled physical education, upbringing and development, the implementation of which ensures the proper complexity and comprehensiveness in the development of the essential culturological characteristics of the professionals personality as a subject of human capital. The author claims that the main tasks of profiled physical education are the development of socially correct behavior experience; teaching professionally important (applied) motor skills and abilities; mastering the system of professionally oriented physical culture and sports knowledge and skills of physical culture self-improvement. Profiled physical education has the task of bringing the system of professionally important motor qualities to the proper state; reproduction and maintenance of professionally important personal properties and qualities; formation of a system of needs and motives in professionally oriented physical culture and sports self-improvement. Profiled physical culture development provides a solution to the problems of optimizing the main professionally important adaptive capabilities; correction of physical development and professionally important functional capabilities; development of professionally important mental processes and their types.
Target development and justification of established theories, technologies, and structures of educational systems is the formation of cultural characteristics of the individual at all stages of continuous education, which reflects the mentality of society and the state (as a result) - development of the value-oriented overbiological programs of human activities, knowledge, abilities and skills of their practical and creative use. It is very important to develop components (their characteristics) of the individual basic culture, which include moral, aesthetic, labor, civil, intellectual (cognitive) and physical cultures. Nowadays, the structure of physical culture values can be represented by a group of material (the human body, sports equipment, sports facilities, mass media, scientific equipment, environmental - natural factors), spiritual (physical, intellectual, pedagogical, mobilization, intention) and artistic (a set of artistic images and works that reflects the values of the material and spiritual spheres of the society) values. The optimum ratio of the used physical culture values is believed to ensure the quality of the content of sports activity and as a consequence - the development of culture among students.
