Purpose: The aim of the research is to identify social interaction of large businesses as a security condition of its operation and development in the northern region. Methodology: This is descriptive-analytic research whose data are obtained through library studies and analytical resources. Data analysis is based on content analysis and analytical comparison. Result: Results showed that to improve the safety of large businesses in the Northern region continuous socially-oriented activities aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of the region of presence with the support of various social initiatives in the region of presence are required. Applications: This research can be used for businessmen and developers. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of social interaction of large businesses is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.
The article describes ethnic entrepreneurship and the economic entities that re¬present it. The authors substantiate the role of the diaspora as a criterion for "breeding" the con-cepts of ethnic entrepreneurship and local business community. The article reveals the methodology for understanding the phenomenon of the local business community, and identifies its general and specific features. There were examined the domestic practice of social interaction between ethnic entrepreneurship and the local business community in the consumer market of the South of Western Siberia in the Tyumen and Omsk regions bordering the Republic of Kazakhstan. The stages of development of the process of inter-action of ethnic business structures with the local business community are analyzed. The article describes the current state of ethnic entrepreneurship in the studied region. The results of sociological research in 2018-2019 in the framework of the scientific community "Social responsibility of business" (Tyumen) are presented. Representatives of municipal authorities of the Tyumen and Omsk regions, the local business community and ethnic entrepreneurship of the region took part in the research. The authors identified behavioral priorities of economic entities and the level of competition between them in each segment of the consumer market in the South of Western Siberia. There are determined competi-tive advantages of the local business community in comparison with ethnic entrepreneur-ship. The article presents results of an expert assessment of the interaction between the local business community and ethnic entrepreneurship, as well as the author's vision of its prospects. The ranking of significance of promising areas of interaction between the local business community and ethnic business structures in the consumer market of the South of Western Siberia is compiled. The social responsibility of ethnic and local businesses is updated, which implies that they make an independent decision to invest their own funds in creating a favorable social environment, in the health, safety and comprehensive devel-opment of regional society
Main problem: Among the numerous threats to international security and personal security, one of the central problems remains ensuring a stable and effective system of global governance in the field of healthcare. The article is devoted to the problem of public health as an indicator of regional development during the coronavirus pandemic. This article actualizes socio-economic problems in the context of threats to the external environment that affected the EAEU countries, as well state of health of the population of the Pavlodar region and the measures taken by the state in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic that has engulfed the world. Problems of a socio-economic nature can be solved by joint efforts of state structures, private, medium and small businesses. At the same time, joint programs are an important priority area of partnership during the development of the pandemic, in the cancers of which the transition to the organization of public order with enhanced quarantine restrictions will be carried out. Financing of such activities can be carried out from various sources, including grant funds aimed at finding new medicines. Regional specifics are important, since the level of spread of dangerous diseases depends on many factors. In connection with the existing prerequisites, based on an in-depth analysis of the medical and demographic situation, morbidity and disability of the population of the Pavlodar region, it is advisable to give a comprehensive assessment of the health status of residents of the region during the coronavirus pandemic. Results and their significance: The results obtained can be used in the course of further study of the laws of functioning of the social sphere of the regional economy and the principles of functioning of the health management system of the Pavlodar region.
The necessity of adaptation of medium and small businesses to modern Russian reality is substantiated. Within the framework of the survival strategy of ethnic entrepreneurship, its tactical steps have been identified, allowing it to quickly adapt to the protracted and undulating nature of COVID-19. The authors stated three main hypotheses, the verification of which was carried out within the framework of the study. According to the results of a study conducted in 2020-2021 of the processes of formation and development of economic entities of the "second echelon" of the Tyumen region, changes in the structure of ethnic entrepreneurship in the region were revealed. The trends in the organizational and legal forms of ethnic entrepreneurial structures are identified in the direction of increasing the share and number of microenterprises, strengthening the institution of self-employment, combining the latter with individual entrepreneurship, etc. The problem of providing them with labor is actualized and the causes of this phenomenon are established.
