The concept of energy saving potential is introduced and justified in the article. A technique for assessing the energy saving potential of technocenoses is presented. The basis of this technique is the following stages: analysis of information on power consumption, rationing and analysis of power consumption. As an experimental verification of the methodology, the results of determining energy saving potentials for the regional electrical complex of Gasprom extraction Urengoi are presented.
The relevance of the research is due to a wide range of changes in the University educational reality caused by the influence of the Internet, computers, smartphones, mobile devices and modern gadgets on the behavioural forms of student identification. These processes are becoming a matter of particular concern to the public and University teachers. In this regard, this study reveals the features of the value priorities of the University digital educational reality, which modify the behavioural forms of student identification. In the course of pedagogical modelling, which is the leading research method, the phenomenon of new behavioural forms of student identification is identified as the leading idea of the University digital educational reality. This article reveals the key values of student identity identification in the University digital educational reality. The structure and content of new behavioural forms of student identification are established. Based on the research materials, the correction module of new behavioural forms of student identification in the University digital educational reality is justified. The module effectiveness is proved by the results of using new behavioural forms of student identification in the University educational process. The materials of the article are recommended to teachers, methodologists, organizers of the educational process and University students.
Conspicuous pseudo-leisure consumption is a nowadays whip of modern post-Soviet societies, what was overcame by developed countries with a hard work. This phenomenon prevents for economical subjects to exist in balance with disposable level of incomes in boarders of unstable system of resource -oriented developing economies. The worst thing in this situation is not this phenomenon by itself, but an affliction attitude for it from the side of citizens and state in general. Sightless and incorrect following the traditions, which are perverted with modern realities, pushes people to unreasonable consumption of leisure goods and this fact makes them "hunted" into some credit regards and future adversities. This problem is related to a small experience of citizens in these states about living in immature capitalistic society and Kazakhstan is not an exception as well. However, if republic takes course for moving into the tops of mostly developed world counties, it will be necessary to adopt them a habit to move for a wealth and prosperity, as fast as it possible, because such approach is based on the principals of developed states in aspect of quality of living. For realization of this point it is very important to keep a high level of consumption culture, prevent its negative exertions in aspect of consumption of different imported goods, what pushes population into banking debts. This fact spoils all indexes of living qualities and total situation in financial sphere of state's life, what explodes by decreasing confidence of banks to unreasonable and unreliable subjects for potential lending.
Relevance. The article discusses the problems of the transition of universities to a distance learning format. The transfer of universities to a remote format due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus allowed students to continue to receive training, which varied significantly due to technologies, the choice of which was determined by the current capabilities of educational institutions. The article analyzes the result of a study of the attitude and assessment of teachers and students organizing and conducting training outside the educational institution with the use of distance technologies. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of teaching and learning in a distance format in higher education during the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The objectives of the study are to identify factors that have influenced the quality of the implementation of educational programs in full in the electronic information and educational environment. The results of the study. A serious influence of the distance learning format on the quality of the teacher-student interaction was revealed (it has significantly decreased), which is undoubtedly one of the factors that reduce studentsʼ motivation to learn. For many respondents, distance learning and teaching was the first experience of a distance learning format, and therefore the attitude towards it is rather complicated. A significant scatter in the format of the classes, their completeness and content within the framework of distance learning, the low proportion of the teaching staff prepared for its implementation, and the generally low level of technical, methodological and legal support show that the majority of Russian universities are not ready to introduce distance learning. The transition to an online training format caused the majority of respondents discomfort and negative emotional experiences.
