The article discusses materials on optimizing the temperature regime of transmission units of wheeled vehicles when operating at low temperatures. In preparing this review, we used materials in Russian published in the period from 2000 to 2021. We analyzed the materials illustrating the determination of the optimal temperature regime for transmission units, considered integrated heat supply systems, and proposed directions for further development of the process for determining and ensuring the optimal thermal profile in the transmission units of wheeled vehicles.
In the course of research aimed at determining and ensuring the optimal range of operating tempera-tures for transmission units of self-propelled forest vehicles, the task was set to determine the ther-mophysical properties of materials for the manufacture of composite heat-insulating casings. This paper presents the most suitable method for solving the problem of two temperature-time intervals.
The article discusses methods for determining violations of the homogeneity of the structure of solid materials, and identifying hidden defects. To select the most effective method, an overview of the main, most common methods of non-destructive testing is given.
Today, thermography is not much disseminated in small autoservices due to the high cost of thermal imaging complexes. Recently, devices for aggregation with smartphones and tablets based on Android / iOS are available. However, they are not intended to connect to PC. This greatly complicates automatic thermograms analysis. The paper shows the three most effective ways in terms of the application of existing software.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
