Tulisan ini akan membahas aspek ontologis, epistemologis, dan aksiologis pada konsep Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Pembahasan mengenai Ontologi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam ini akan dimulai dari tinjauan teoretis pengertian dan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, kemudian seperti apa isyarat AlQur’an dan Hadits tentang fungsi manajemen tersebut. Adapun pembahasan mengenai epistemologis Manajemen Pendidikan Islam akan dibahas bagaimana proses membangun Ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Dalam hal ini meliputi sumber-sumber, sarana prasarana, cara bagaimana mengukur kebenaran ilmiah yang di anut dalam membangun teori (theoritical construction) Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Dan pembahassan mengenai aksiologis Manajemen Pendidikan Islam akan dibahas Apa kegunaan dan manfaat Manajemen Pendidikan tersebut? Meliputi tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dalam hal ini mengapa Manajemen Pendidikan Islam diperlukan ? Apa manfaatnya ? Pengertian manajemen dari segi bahasa bahwa kata manajemen berasal dari bahasa Inggris yang merupakan terjemahan langsung dari kata “management” yang berarti: pengelolaan, ketata laksanaan, atau tata pimpinan. Sementara dalam kamus Inggris Indonesia, bahwa kata “Management” berasal dari akar kata to manage yang berarti mengurus, mengatur, melaksanakan, mengelola, dan memperlakukan. This study aims to understand service orientation, integrity, and commitment in the performance management system of the head of administration within the scope of students in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Lampung Province. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain data. The data analysis refers to the interactive data analysis model from Milles & Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results showed that service orientation, integrity, and commitment in the administrative performance management system at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Lampung Province were carried out in a planned and systematic way through various varied activities to be able to provide good service to students. This research has implications for improving the quality of administrative resources in providing optimal services to students and stakeholders.
Pemberlakuan kurikulum 2013 pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Luar Biasa (SMALB) memberlakukan kepada siswa untuk memperhatikan konsep pengetahuan deklaratif dalam pembelajaran, termasuk bagi siswa SMALB tuna netra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan deklaratif siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika SLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. Subjek penelitian adalah guru matematika dan siswa kelas XI SLB A Bina Insani Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi waktu, yaitu dengan mencocokkan data perilaku metakognisi siswa tunanetra pada pengumpulan data kedua dan ketiga. Langkah-langkah dalam analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan deklaratif siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika meliputi mengingat informasi penting dalam pembelajaran, dapat menyajikan informasi dengan bahasa sendiri, dapat membandingkan dan membedakan konsep, mengetahui kesulitan dalam belajar, mengetahui strategi belajar diri sendiri, mengetahui sumber-sumber belajar, dan mengetahui tujuan soal, sedangkan perilaku metakognisi siswa tunanetra tentang pengetahuan prosedural dalam pembelajaran matematika meliputi mengetahui penerapan strategi belajar yang baik.
This study aims to understand how village heads apply prophetic leadership in building religious character in Panca Jaya District, Mesuji Regency, Lampung. To understand the phenomena in the field, the researcher uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. Since being in the field, the data analysis was conducted concerning the Milles and Huberman concept. The results showed that the prophetic leadership applied by the village head was displayed through humanist leadership through amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, liberation leadership, and transcendence leadership. This study implies the importance of leaders to have the ability to interact, communicate and socialize in carrying out a clear vision to gain the trust of the community.
The aims of this study, first: to describe the characteristics of the curriculum planning, sccond: to describe the characteristics of the learning the characters, and third to describe the characteristics of the monitoring and evaluation of character education curriculum. This is a qualitative study. The place of research in MI Al Fatah Al Muhajirun Natar Lampung Selatan Indonesia. Informant research principals and teachers. Collecting data using observations, interviews and documentation. Data validity is tested by triangulation. Analysis using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are: Being in the form of KTSP planning, combined with local cultural wisdom. Span the 'hierarchy of character education materials in eight of love. Teachers use a contextual approach and applicable to children. Each end of the week, children's achievement and character development in the book recorded monitor character, and routine evaluation.
