Penerapan pembelajaran seni rupa di TKIT Juara dilaksanakan dengan sistem berbasis agama Islam yang bertujuan untuk menstimulasi perkembangan seni anak khususnya seni rupa dalam lingkup agama Islam agar menjadi generasi pemimpin masa depan yang berjiwa Islami sesuai dengan visi misi dari TKIT Juara. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran seni rupa berbasis agama Islam pada anak usia dini di TKIT Juara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan pengamatan langsung. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah anak-anak, guru kelas, kepala sekolah, serta operator sekolah. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasannya dalam penerapan pembelajaran seni rupa berbasis agama Islam pada anak usia dini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya menjadikan anak dapat mengetahui huruf-huruf hijaiyah, urutan berwudhu, dan gerakan-gerakan sholat. Sehingga anak dapat menerapkan pemahaman tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti mengaji (menyebutkan huruf-huruf hijaiyah), melaksanakan wudhu dan sholat. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat melanjutkan penelitian dengan mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai pengaruh pembelajaran seni rupa berbasis agama islam terhadap pemahaman agama Islam pada anak usia dini.
The Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) is a basic competency assessment that will be carried out by the ministry of education and culture in Indonesia in 2021, one of the assessments is numeracy. Algebraic material is one of the important materials for students to learn related to everyday problems. The use of context is important in learning algebra. In this regard, the discussion which is now a topic of discussion for all groups not only from Indonesia but the world, namely Covid-19, can be an interesting context to raise. This study, describes the numeracy skills of students in working on algebraic questions, research subjects are students with heterogeneous abilities (medium, high, low) using a descriptive qualitative approach, with collection techniques in the form of tests, and interviews. The research subjects were grade VII students. Wherefrom the research, it was found that there were still unfulfilled numerical indicators, namely indicators of interpreting it to conclude. While indicators that often appear are using numbers and mathematical symbols in solving problems in life.
This study aims to determine the factors associated with the discipline of medical and non-medical support workers at Hospital Specialist of psychiatric Bengkulu Province in 2017. The type of this research is quantitative research with cross sectional study design, the number of respondents 84 medical and non medical support employees. Sampling by total sampling method. Data analysis is done by using chi-square test. The result of the research shows that there is a significant correlation between exemplary leader to work discipline with p-value 0,016 <0,05, there is correlation between compensation to work discipline with p-value 0,000 <0,05, there is correlation between punishment sanction to discipline work with p-value 0,009 <0,05 whereas job purpose with p-value value 0,390> 0,05 and employee ability with p-value value 0,375> 0,05 have no significant correlation to work discipline of medical and non medical supporter at Soeprapto Hospital Specialist of Psychiatric Bengkulu Province.
