<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi yang jelas tentang Penggunaan Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Berbantuan Media Kartu Kata Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Pantun Pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 2 Ngrayun Ponorogo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sumber data yang digunakan adalah informan, peristiwa dan dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas dan siswa kelas V. Peristiwa dalam penelitian ini adalah segala bentuk pembelajaran di dalam dan di luar kelas. Dokumen penelitian ini adalah RPP, silabus, daftar nilai. Tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan tehnik triangulasi. Hasil belajar menulis pantun yang diperoleh siswa, dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata skor pada tindakan sebelum siklus adalah 65,1 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebanyak 35% kemudian meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 72,3 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebanyak 60%. Pada siklus II rata-rata skor hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan lagi menjadi 86,35 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar mencapai 85%. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan CTL berbantuan kartu kata efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis pantun karena terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa dan keterampilan menulis pantun pada siswa kelas V SDN 2 Ngrayun Ponorogo.</p>
Good health care is a community need and is often a measure of development success. Recognizing that health services are a necessity for every citizen, the government endeavors from time to time to produce programs that can improve overall health services. Therefore, hospitals are required to always maintain trust by taking into account the needs of patients in an effort to fulfill the wishes and expectations of the services provided. Patients not only expect medical and nursing services but also expect comfort, good accommodation. Qualitative research is defined as a research procedure that produces descriptive data. Data collection using techniques indepth interview with semi-structured questions with a sample of 15 informants. From the results of the study note that services related to Waiting time get related to the speed of service procedures for patient acceptance, the accuracy of doctor arrival time and the speed of action, readiness of doctors and nurses to serve patients, distribution of medical record files from the medical record room to each poly and the ability of nurses is very influential to determine patient satisfaction by the treatment that patients get
The increase in the health service is very important to be made by health care provider institutions such as clinics in order to improve patient satisfaction. But in the last few years many decline the number of visits the patient at the clinic. This is due to the existence of the dissatisfaction felt by the patient over a given service. The purpose of the study to find out the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction of the Patients current study. Design Integrated ANC namely observational analytic quantitative approach. The research of the variable quality of service as the independent variable and the dependent variable as patient satisfaction. The population of the research that is Integrated in the entire patient ANC Clinics Kupang (nutrition, BP, KIA, LAborat and Loket) Mojokerto with the average number of patients per month as many as 777 patients. Smapel taken with the technique of systematic sampling as much as 117 respondents. Data collected by questionnaire instrument and processed by using coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with test statistic spearman rho and linear regression. Research results throughout the dimensions of service quality affects patient satisfaction whereas that can be seen from the value of ρ value < 0.05 for all dimensions so partial dimensions of service quality affects patient satisfaction. Similarly, on the results of the regression simultaneously or synchronously also showed the same results, namely the value of p value < 0.05, so can be conclusion that simultaneously or synchronously dimensions of service quality affects patient satisfaction
The role of health workers in administering health services is very important, especially as health service implementers, so it is natural that the ability and performance of health workers is one of the determinants of success in health services. The purpose of this research is to analyze Outpatient satisfaction in terms of service quality, perception and response time at Karangploso Public Health Center, Malang District. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with a sample of 105 respondents which is taken by Accidental Sampling technique. The finding result shows that p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is an effectservice quality, perception and response time to outpatient satisfaction geriatricsat the Karangpploso Public Health Center, Malang District with the amount of influence of 84%. In patient satisfaction, it is influenced by various things, namely the suitability between the patient's expectations and the reality that the patient meets in the field, the second form of service during the service process provided by health workers and the responsiveness of health workers to patients.
Background: Some people feel it is taboo to talk about menstrual problems in their families, so that early adolescents do not have sufficient knowledge and attitudes about the physical and psychological changes related to menarche. Mental readiness is needed before menarche because feelings of anxiety and fear will arise, besides that, there is also a lack of knowledge about the self-care needed during menstruation. Method: The research design used the Quasy Expriement Study. The population was 152 students from Elementary School 02 and Islamic Primary School 01. With simple random sampling technique, it was obtained 112 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Result: The results of the study were analyzed by using logistic regression. The results of the study showed that the significance of health education was 0.000 <0.05, so that there was an effect of health education using video on student anxiety levels with an influence coefficient value of 2.756. Meanwhile, for knowledge with a significant value of 0.028 <0.05, there is an effect of knowledge with the level of anxiety with an influence coefficient value of 1.354. Conclusion:The results of the analysis show that there is an effect of video exposure about menarche on the level of knowledge and anxiety levels in Elementary School 02 and Islamic Primary School 01 grade 4, grade 5 and grade 6 students in Gemarang, Madiun Regency.
