Service of supplying electricity to consumers in the Russian Federation (RF) is carried out based on power supply contract. Utilization of innovative technologies will allow to change the power supply service in the power-supply market. There is an opportunity to create unique powersuppling market approach. With implementation of “Smart meters” technology and Blockchains with “Smart Contract” functionality. The article describes innovative technologies and examines examples of their successful implementation in foreign countries. Article will also talk about tools that are required to replace old service with a new power supply system, based on innovative technologies that include small-scale renewable energy generation.
The electric power industry is at the dynamic development stage, which is accompanied by reconstruction and modernization of fixed assets. It is necessary to understand that this process leads to the risks that the company will bear in the innovative projects implementation. In this regard, the issues on electric power enterprise efficiency management are relevant. In addition, in market economy, the factors of both external and internal environment can affect the efficiency of an enterprise. The set of these factors, as well as the strength of their influence can vary depending on the industry and enterprise's activities. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to formulate a system of recommendations for managing the efficiency of an electric power enterprise. The object of research is the electric power enterprise of IDGC of the North-West, PJSC. The result of the study is an econometric model, which describes the influence of external and internal factors on the electric power enterprise efficiency. The recommendations developed on the basis of this econometric model are relevant for the construction of strategies and management systems for the efficient operation of electric power enterprises.

The mathematical model describing heat-mass transfer in the course of rheologically complex media in a tubular reactor is developed in the article. Using the example of the continuous production scheme for grade B2 polymethacrylate, solutions of the characteristic equations confirming the possibility of emergence of critical flow regimes for certain sets of control parameters were obtained.
At the present stage of social development, the need to assess the prospects for the rational use of the hydropower resource potential in Russia had been manifested as an independent unresolved problem, which urgently requires the study of its essence, regularities, the specifics of manifestation and the mechanisms for its solution. This testifies to the urgency of the conducted research, whose purpose was to conduct analytical work on the evaluation of current priorities and directions in energy development and the study of new approaches to long-term planning in hydropower development. The solution of the task was accomplished on the basis of a systematic approach to forecasting the resource potential, energy, hydropower and economic development of the country, which is the novelty of the work. The conclusion is the increasing role of hydropower. The article is interest to scientists, government employees, professors, students and all those who are interested in sustainable development of the society.
