This study aims to determine the direct influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction, to know the direct influence of motivation on job satisfaction, to know the direct influence of leadership and work environment on motivation, and to know the influence of leadership and work environment on job satisfaction through motivation. This study using the path analysis method and the sample of researchers using a random sample of 62 employees. The results showed that leadership and work environment directly influence job satisfaction. Motivation directly affects job satisfaction. Directly leadership and work environment affect motivation, and leadership and work environment affect job satisfaction through motivation.
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of Bank Branch's Bekasi Index employees. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative research method with sample number 50 respondents. Data were collected by using questionnaire method, data instrument test, classical assumption test and data analysis used were linear regression analysis, correlation and coefficient of determination. Test hypothesis Test F. The results showed that the competence and discipline of work have a positive and significant effect on the performance improvement of Bekasi Bank Index employees.
The purpose of this study is to determine how relationship and influence of safety, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari. The research method was used with explanatory analysis approach that is explaining the causalistic relationship between variables. Technique of data analysis was used by finding regression and correlation, determination coefficient and hypothesis test, but before it was analyzed, first was done instrument test of research data. Results of this research was obtained there is relationship and positive influence and significant between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara by using F test. F test was used to test the feasibility of model in research. Results the trial fo F test showed that regression model can be used to predict employees performance. Test result of t test showed that safety, occupational health have positive and significant influence to employees performance, and work environment have positive and significant influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. While safety, occupational health were variables which is very dominant and influence to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant influence between safety variables, occupational health and work environment to employees performance at PT. Dwi Lestari Nusantara.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously between the fee and past audit engagement auditor to audit quality in KAP in Bekasi Region. This research was conducted in the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Bekasi. The method used for data collection, through primary data. Data analysis method used is the method of quantitative and qualitative approaches. From the results of the study showed that simultaneous audit fee and the period of the engagement auditor significant effect on audit quality and partial results showed that the variable fee and future audit engagement auditor to audit quality in KAP in Bekasi. As these two factors contribute to variation of quality factor change auditing 79.8%. The conclusion of this study, and a variable fee audit engagement auditor significantly affect audit quality variables either partially or simultaneously. Suggestions from this study, expected variables need to be improved such as competence, experience auditor, audit firm rotation, a public accounting firm's reputation and independence of auditors.
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Service Quality, Trust and Consumer Satisfaction of fashion product at online shop “Yellow Facy Jeans” through social media social instagram. This research was conducted on Yellow Facy Jeans customer in Bekasi Timur in 2017. The method used in this research is non-probability through quota sampling procedure with total sample of 120 respondents. Data collection techniques with questionnaires distributed from a total of 165 subscribes minus 40 customers who did not meet the criteria and the rest 5 customers did not answer the question completely so it could not be tested. The results showed that (1) the F test of Service Quality (X1) and Trust (X2) against Consumer Satisfaction Yellow Facy Jeans (Y) shows that Quality of Service and Trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans; (2) the effect of Service Quality partially on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction through t test showing sig value of 0,000 < 0,05, which means partial Service Quality significantly influence Consumer Satisfaction on Yellow Facy Jeans ; and (3) the partial influence of Trust on Yellow Facy Jeans Consumer Satisfaction is tested by t test showing sig value of 0,000 <0,5, which means partial Trust has significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in Yellow Facy Jeans
