The most important assets in project-oriented companies are knowledge and experience that are in its human capital. The goal of our quantitative correlation study is to gain insight on the role of the effective use of intellectual capital concerning the financial performance of the airlines in Kazakhstan through Project Management tools. Leading airlines in Kazakhstan provided information about human capital management through an online survey organized by SurveyMonkey. Airline HC's performance is based on the Intelligent Value-Added Index (VAIC) method and theoretical framework. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used to test a hypothetical relationship between variables. The results of our study showed a strong significant positive relationship between human capital management and the financial performance of airlines in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The results also show that the success of airlines depends on the expertise and competitive knowledge of its human capital.
This research aims to generalize the conceptual basis of precariousness of employment, study the factors and scale of unsustainable of employment in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The concept of precariousness of employment is formed in social and economic studies about 40 years ago, but objective and subjective conditions and forms of unsustainable employment existed before. This study proposes a classification of forms of precariousness of employment on 16 criteria: the duration and timing of agreements, contract terms, the nature of income; the degree of labor autonomy; the level of formality; the level of openness; the level of vulnerability; the conditions of growth of qualification; the level of flexibility; the level of stability; regularity; the severity of the danger of work; in relation to the workplace; the quality of employment, the level of social security. In this research highlighted factors (globalization, demography, migration, structure factors, shadow and informal economy, social development and living standards, unemployment), and systematized certain trends of precariousness of employment, channels and means, forms of manifestation. The empirical analysis identified of the labor potential of the Eurasian countries and new quantitative estimates of the levels of unsustainable employment in the Eurasian Economic Space.
The transformation of the importance of vocational education and training, the determining the development trajectories occur due to the structural changes that are under the influence of technological factor changes. Especially, digitalization, automation, robotics, the artificial intelligence, the transition to industry 4.0, the changing nature of consumer demand directly affect the restructuring of the labor market. The listed factors accelerate the development of new professions in demanded areas and the disappearance of outdated ones, they stimulate the improvement of needed skills and meet the modern requirements from employers for educationalщl programs. The purpose of research paper is to identify the new trends in the training of competitive young employees, taking into account the conditions of digitalization of economy The research methodology includes general scientific and theoretical research methods. Methods of tabular representation of data is used as statistical tool. Originality of the research is that It is relevant and necessary to develop new model of training young specialists, involving the implementation of educational, research, innovative and entrepreneurial, spiritual and moral activities that meet modern trends. Authors carried out the analysis of the level and quality of training of national personnel in terms of ensuring the future needs of the labor market of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the conditions of digitalization of economy. It includes the factors affecting the reproduction of competitive national personnel and their provision with high-quality jobs, identifying new trends in the training and retraining of professional personnel and improving their skills, examining the features of training competitive national personnel in the system of ensuring the balance of labor resources and jobs. International practices show that systematic state support of the development of youth entrepreneurship gives a chance to talented and ambitious young people with potential and promising business ideas to become entrepreneurs, and will ensure the development of entrepreneurship in the country, which, in turn, will lead to economic growth, increase in employment, investment attractiveness, and social stability of society. The purpose of research paper is to consider the priorities of ensuring effective youth employment. The areas of youth entrepreneurship development are one of the tools for increasing youth employment, where there should be taken into account the current situation in youth entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan. Methods of tabular representation of data is used as statistical tool. Originality of the research is that authors tried to examine the improvement of institutional frameworks that contribute to increasing the potential for the formation of full employment , which should include a complex improvement of the conditions for the labor market functioning in such areas as improvement of the system of employment promotion institutions and advanced training of labor force; improvement of the efficiency of the information infrastructure of the labor market; improvement of the regulative infrastructure of the labor market in terms of regulating the relations of the market players and stimulating the creation of new jobs.
This article deals with the development of migration processes and problems of cooperation between Kazakhstan and China in labor migration in the context of the formation of the Silk Road EconomicBelt. The methodology used in this research includes a literature review and statistical research, which allowed for a study of the dynamics of international migration within and between the states studied. The research focuses extensively on data provided by governmental institutions and international organizations in order to establish a coherent and relevant theoretical framework. The factors concerning and features of population migration and labor migration in Kazakhstan are considered. Negative trends associated with deterioration in the quality and structure of external migration in Kazakhstan, which determine the need to regulate migration flows and attract qualified personnel, are highlighted. The creation of a platform for the exchange of views on the current state and prospects of cooperation in labor migration on the basis of the Kazakhstan-China Business Council and the SCO Business Council is identified as a priority for collaboration between Kazakhstan and China in the field of labor migration. A justification is also made for a mechanism for allocating the obligations of Kazakhstan and China as quotas and obtaining permits to attract foreign labor.
