The study entitled The Influence of Demographic Variables on the Economic Growth of the Province of West Nusa Tenggara towards the Demogerafi Bonus aims to analyze the variables of population growth, number of workers, dependency ratio, the level of participation of women labor force towards economic growth in West Nusa Tenggara province. This type of research is descriptive research and uses secondary data for the period 2009-2016. To analyze the relationship of variables Population growth, labor, dependency ratio and the level of participation of the female labor force towards the economic growth of the province of West Nusa Tenggara were used multiple linear regression model with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results obtained from this regression for the population growth variable (X1) and dependency ratio (X3) have a negative slope giving meaning if there is an increase in population growth and dependency ratio, there is a tendency to decrease economic growth while for the variable labor (X2) and participation rate the female workforce (X4) has a positive slope giving meaning, if there is an increase in the number of workers and the level of participation of the female workforce, there is a tendency to increase economic growth. The test is partially and simultaneously all significant. The level of suitability (the goodness of fit) of the observed estimation model is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.894. This means that the ability and contribution of the independent variables observed in the dependent variable is 89.4 percent while the remaining 10.6 percent is outside the model.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis Pendapatan dan Tingkat kesejahteraan Pekerja sektor Informal dan Formal di Kota Mataram pada era Covid -19. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara survey dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 90 orang responden, dan penentuan responden ditentukan secara accidental dengan melihat karakteristik dari kedua pekerja tersebut.Karakteristik dari pekerja informal dan formal sebagian besar berjualan ditempat-tempat keramaian yang padat penduduk dan pengunjung di wilayah kota Mataram dilihat dari tingkat pendidikan 56,7 % memiliki pendidikan setara SMA ke atas dan 43,3 % tingkat pendidikan tamat SMP dan SD dengan rata-rata lama waktu bekerja di atas 10 jam sehari, sedangkan rata-rata tanggungan keluarga pekerja informal dan formal antara 2 sampai 4 orang tanggungan. Rata-rata pendapatan yang diperoleh pekerja informal dibawah Rp 3.000.000,- sebanyak 16,67% dan 44,45 % pendapatannya di atas Rp 3.000,000,- Sedangkan pendapatan pekerja formal rata-rata di atas Rp 4.000.000, sebanyak 8,89 % selebihnya pendapatan di atas Rp 6.000.000 sebanyak 30 %. Secara keseluruhan analisis pendapatan pekerja informal dan formal jika dikaitkan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan kriteria Sayogjo dengan ukuran setara beras, maka kategori nyaris miskin sebanyak 10 % ( 9 orang pekerja yaitu jasa tukang jam , jahit sepatu dan pedagang sayuran), dengan pengeluaran /kapita/tahun sebanyak 450 kg setara nilai beras/tahun. Sedangkan 40 % ( 36 responden ) berada pada batas ambang cukup dengan pengeluaran perkapita/tahun 481-960 kg hasil analisis rata-rata sebesar 750 kg setara beras. Kategori hidup layak apabila pengeluaran perkapita/tahun lebih tinggi dari 960 kg setara nilai beras /tahun. Rata-rata pendapatan perkapita pekerja formal dan informal sebesar Rp 11.2550.000 ,- jika dibagi dengan harga beras saat penelitian Rp 10.000,- perkg , maka hasilnya 1.125 kg beras berarti hampir 50 % pekerja berada pada kehidupan yang layak yaitu terdiri dari 35 responde pekerja formal dan 10 responden pekerja informal. Untuk lebih meningkatkan pendapatan pekerja informal khususnya lebih meningkatkan waktu bekerja minimal 15 jam per hari dan membuka layanan penjualan sistem digital via internet (go food , go jek ) khususnya bagi pedagang makanan matang seperti rumah makan, lalapan, pedagang nasi dan sebagainya.

For the sake of practice on finding out and evaluating villages’ potencies which can be established to be villages’ destinations. The establishment and development made suite to stakeholders. Therefore, useful common accountant knowledge is going to be introduced in hope that it could be used to make standard report, control and make decision, and develop business. Despite promoting through global internet, the establishing and developing can also be done by having competition on destinations’ packet. It is made and suited with other destinations so that it could create more innovating and interesting products of destinations’ packet.

The counseling on managing and accountability village funds in East Sukamulia village, Sukamulia sub-district, East Lombok district, aims to 1). Increase the village officials' knowledge and understanding of the village funds or financial management, including planning and implementation stages; 2). Improve the village officials' technical accounting skills, especially the village fund or financial management unit, including the village financial reporting and administration. in conclusion, the community service program is very beneficial because it is following the village’s needs, such as managing the village funds, especially those sourced from central funds or APBN. Also, its material fits the village’s demand perfectly within the governance, accountability, and the village funds reporting, especially those sourced from the APBN. Technically, it is very communicative and interactive because it can involve participants actively in presenting the material
