Latar Belakang : Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari “Satgas Covid-19 Kota Bogor peningkatan kasus positif baru minggu 1 september 2021 ini turun 58% dibandingkan minggu lalu, pada periode 13 September hingga 19 September jumlah kasus positif baru mencapai 102 orang”. Sedangkan pada periode 20 September hingga 26 September jumlah kasus positif baru hanya 43 orang. Penyebaran kasus ini telah memberikan dampak luas secara sosial dan ekonomi.Tujuan: Pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan 5 M dalam pencegahan penularan Covid-19.Metode: Jenis riset ini merupakan analitik kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Riset ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei s/d Juni 2022 dengan sampel 77 orang penumpang stasiun Bogor dengan teknik random sampling. Analisa data menggunakan “univariat dan bivariate” dengan uji chi-square.Hasil: univariatnya diperoleh Pencegahan Protokol Kesehatan kurang baik penerapan protocol kesehatan 53,2%, jenis kelamin perempuan 61,0%, cuci tangan pakai sabun 53,2%, kerumunan sosisal 40,3%, Tempat pelayanan Covid-19 71,4%, Kebijakan 71,4%, Pengetahuan 62,3%.Sedangkan hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan Adanya hubungan “kepatuhan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan Covi-19 yang tidak cuci tangan” (P Value 0,002) (95% CI((0,79-0,543)). Adanya hubungan “kepatuhan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan Covid-19 yang tidak menghindari kerumunan” (P Value 0,001) (95% CI((0,61-0,480)). Adanya hubungan “kepatuhan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan Covid-19 yang tidak ada tempat pelayanan covid-19” (P Value 0,000) (95% CI((0,32-0,367). Adanya hubungan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan Covi-19 (P Value 0,001)> (95% CI: 0,63-0,479).Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan, Protokol Kesehatan, 5 M, Covid-19
