Introdução: O conhecimento das experiências de educação em saúde às gestantes é de fundamental importância para que se possa compreender como esta prática vem sendo desenvolvida nos cenários de produção de cuidado em saúde. Objetivo: Analisar as evidências disponíveis sobre práticas grupais de educação em saúde às gestantes relatadas na literatura. Métodos: Revisão Integrativa da Literatura cuja busca pelos DeCS/MeSH educação em saúde (health education); gestantes (pregnant women); pré-natal (prenatal care) foi realizada na BVS, Medline via PudMed, Scopus e Web of Science. Resultados e Discussão: Foram selecionados 14 artigos que abordaram a natureza, as temáticas, estratégias metodológicas e recursos empregados nas iniciativas de educação em saúde às gestantes. Conclusão: As práticas grupais de educação em saúde às gestantes relatadas na literatura apresentam conformidade com as diretrizes terapêuticas e orientações do Ministério -da Saúde e devem ser mantidas em evidência.
