A sexualidade de idosas com incontinência urinária tem se constituído um problema de pesquisas por ser afetada pelo surgimento de problemas de ordem psicoemocional que limitam as suas atividades diárias e interação social, diminuindo a qualidade de vida dessas pessoas. O objetivo da pesquisa foi investigar a produção científica nacional on-line acerca da sexualidade de idosas com incontinência urinária. Para tanto, fez-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura no site da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, mediante os descritores: “sexualidade”, “incontinência urinária” e “idosas”. Os artigos selecionados corresponderam ao período de 2007 a 2013 e a coleta de dados ocorreu em setembro e outubro de 2014. Os trabalhos que se enquadraram dentro dos critérios de elegibilidade foram lidos na íntegra e os dados foram analisados qualitativamente por meio da técnica de análise categorial temática. A amostra foi composta por 13 artigos. De posse dos dados, percebeu-se que foram elencadas duas categorias temáticas: as repercussões da incontinência urinária na sexualidade das idosas e as limitações na qualidade de vida de idosas incontinentes. Concluiu-se que os resultados empíricos obtidos por meio deste estudo representam subsídios importantes para o planejamento e para a implementação de intervenções, a fim de melhorar as condições de vida e o bem-estar da sexualidade das idosas incontinentes.
