Zusammenfassung "Wie gut sind die steirischen Wasserversorger eigentlich auf gröbere Störungen, Not-oder Krisenfällen vorbereitet? Was wird benötigt, um eine durchgehend hohe Versorgungssicherheit zu gewährleisten?" Mit diesen Fragen beschäftigte sich das Referat für Siedlungswasserwirtschaft des Amtes der Steiermärkischen Landesregierung gemeinsam mit dem Institut für Siedlungswasserbau der Universität für Bodenkultur Wien. Hintergrund dieser Initiative ist der Wasserversorgungsplan der Steiermark 2015, der unter anderem das Ziel hat, Versorgungsunterbrechungen sukzessive zu minimieren und Störfällen gezielter und systematischer als bisher vorzubeugen. Das zugehörige Projekt lief Ende 2015 bis Anfang 2017 und umfasste eine Befragung aller steirischen Wasserversorger sowie die Erstellung eines Leitfadens zur Umsetzung von Störfallvorsorgeplanung. In der mehrteiligen Befragung wurden der generelle Umsetzungsstand sowie der Unterstützungsbedarf und Ansatzpunkte zur Störfallvorsorgeplanung und zum Umgang mit Störfällen erhoben. Insgesamt wurden 22 Wasserverbände und 287 Gemeinden in einem ersten Teil und 573 Wassergenossenschaften sowie 420 Wassergemeinschaften in der Steiermark in einem zweiten Teil in
