Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurological disorder. It is incurable and seen in children at an early age. These children face different behavioural and academic challenges due to the inherent inattention and hyperactivity in these children. Researchers use different pharmacological treatment and non-pharmacological methods to manage the children living with ADHD. Within these treatments and methods, the non-pharmacological method of using gamified digital aids have shown comparatively positive impact over other treatments and methods in managing the children with ADHD. Thus, through this chapter, the authors present the concept of designing and developing digital assistive aids for the children living with ADHD to enhance their attention span and sitting time through behavioural modification. The concept is developed by systematic field studies and literature analyses.
