Reactions H 1000Chemical Oxidation of SrCoO3-δ. -Aqueous solutions of KMnO4 and HCl, aqueous solutions of Na 2 S 2 O 8 , dispersions of Br 2 and H 2 O, and aqueous solutions of Br 2 and NaOH are investigated for their capability to oxidize brownmillerite SrCoO2.5 to perovskite SrCoO3-δ. The samples are characterized by XRD. The highest oxygen content of δ ≈ 0.06 is attained with an aqueous KMnO4/HCl solution. -(KARVONEN, L.; RAESAENEN, S.; YAMAUCHI, H.; KARPPINEN*, M.; Chem.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
