In this paper, a robust watermarking scheme based on Dual Tree Complex Wavelet Transform (DT-CWT) is proposed. The embedded watermark image is preprocessed with a random location matrix. The original image is transformed in the complex wavelet domain by using DT-CWT, then, according to the characteristics ofthe image data, the preprocessed watermark image is adaptively spread spectrum and added into the host image DT-CWT coefficients. The watermark detection process is accomplished without referring to the original image. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
