RésuméLe syndrome DRESS( Drug Rash with Eosinophilia and systemic Symptoms), est une toxidermie rare, qui engage le pronosticv ital dans 10 %d es cas et qui est déclenchéep ar une réaction immunologique probable à certains médicaments. La sulfasalazine est parmi les médicaments les plus incriminésd ans le DRESSs yndrome. Nous rapportons un cas de DRESSs yndrome chez une patiente mise sous salazopyrine pour recto-colite hémorragique (RCH), avecs urvenue de poussée sévère et RCH aprèsl 'arrêt du médicament. Cette patiente présentait des particularitésd ep rise en charge du DRESSs yndrome.
