AbstrakPemberian bedong sampai saat ini sudah menjadi tradisi pada masyarakat Indonesia khususnya di Jawa tengah. Sampai saat ini belum diketahui manfaat pentingnya pemberian bedong secara ilmiah tapi justru dapat menghambat perkembangan motorik karena sejak bayi lahir hingga usia tertentubayi tidak mendapatkan kesempatan bergerak bebas dan tidak mendapat stimulasi gerak dari lingkungan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhpemberian bedong terhadap perkembangan motorik pada bayi usia 3 bulan di Desa Cemani Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo.Jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah bayi usia3 bulan di Desa Cemani sebanyak 28. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik total sampling, jadi semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan alat DDST. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t test independent.Analisis uji t test independent menunjukkan hasil signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), maka Ho ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruhpemberian bedong terhadap perkembangan motorik pada bayi usia 3 bulan di Desa Cemani Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Semakin lama bayi dibedong maka perkembangan motoriknya semakin suspeck, hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai t -6,232. Abstract The growth and physical development of a baby is considered as a golden age, a precious stage that influence for his or her entire life. Assessment of growth and development needs to be done to find whether a child's growth in normal range or not. Physical growth and achievement of ability occur quickly during the first year, one of which is motoric development. Background : IPE is an implementation of learning that is followed by two or moredifferent professions to improve collaboration and quality of service which can be done inall learning, whether it is for undergraduate students or students of educataion clinic tocreate a professional health care personnel. The lack of IPE developer in Indonesia givesanew breakthrough for Health Polytechnic of Minister of Healt Surakarta to begin theinitial steps introducing the IPE learning process to all students.Methods : cross section with spreading the perception questionnaire aboutInterprofessional Education (modification of the IEPS) to students and faculty at D-IIIAcupuncture Study Program Acupuncture Health Polytechnic Department of Minister ofHealths of Surakarta. Total sampling taken with the number of 53 respondents. Data wereanalyzed using Regressoni Logistik Biner.Results show, it can be concluded that the student perceptions of instructional IPE in D-IIIstatus of Acupuncture, Acupuncture Health Polytechnic Department of Minister of Healthof Surakarta who are 36 people (92.31%) gave a good perception, and 3 people (7,69%)gave a average perception.Perceptin lecture of D-III Acupuncture study program,Acupuncture Health Polytechnic Department of Minister of Health of Surakarta who are12 people (85.7%) gave a good perception and 2 people (14,3%) gave averageperception.Keywords: Interprofessional Education (IPE), perception, students and lecturer
Background: Science-oriented education and technology means that nursing education always follows the development of science and technology in health and nursing. The educational curriculum is developed based on educational goals that are directed at meeting the needs of the community and the development of health in the future by taking into account the demands of the nursing profession. In this book a core curriculum is developed containing 70% of the curriculum of the Nursing Diploma III Program and should be added 30% curriculum developed by the institution according to the needs and vision of the institution concerned. Based on the framework of reference, then Akper Insan Husada develops as well as leading the study program and listed in the vision of the study program: Become a Diploma III Nursing Program competent, competitive, character and excellence in the fi eld of emergency at the National level in 2024. The purpose of research is To describe the learning process of nursing clinics in Akper Insan Husada Surakarta to achieve the Competence Standards of emergency nursing care nursing.Subjects and Methods: The subjects of the study were all students who were undergoing emergency clinic at the hospital. The research type or method chosen is descriptive qualitative analysis. Qualitative research to further explore the data and information (exploration) so that can be known opinion and views of managers, pengampu and students to the learning process of emergency nursing clinics. Result: 1. Planning has been arranged properly and systematically according to emergency competency in curriculum 2014. Still there is difference of perception of RPP model that will be used, so that will confuse the pengampu and student who become clinic implementer. 2. The emergency clinic practice period is carried out in accordance with the place and time, ie in emergency and inroom emergency rooms with competent structural guidance that has been appointed by the hospital based on capability and fillings and expertise in the field. 3. Evaluation of learning Emergency Nursing Clinic Most of the lecturers and clinical supervisors have been carrying out the process of guidance and evalausi on students with good period of time specified.Conclusion: The result of the study implies that Insan Husada Surakarat as a nursing education institution needs to improve the quality of learning and the quality of the lecturer or the instructor of the field clinic.
Based on data obtained from local agencies, it was recorded that there were 155 family heads in Allu Hamlet, Minasa Baji Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency, but only 60% of family heads had family latrines that met the requirements or health standards, thus there were still 40% of family heads who did not have family latrines that met the requirements, this could be a big problem if not immediately addressed, because it could be the cause of environmental pollution which in turn could cause various diseases. The purpose of the study was to determine the utilization of family latrines in Allu Hamlet, Minasabaji Village, Bantimurung District, Maros Regency. This type of research is "Descriptive" research to determine the utilization of family latrines. Then the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). Respondents with less knowledge have a greater chance of not utilizing a qualified family latrine, namely out of 33 respondents with less knowledge there are 27 who do not utilize a qualified family latrine. 2). Respondents with poor attitudes have a greater chance of not utilizing qualified family latrines, namely out of 37 respondents with poor attitudes there are 25 who do not utilize qualified family latrines. 3). Respondents with less income have a greater chance of not utilizing eligible family latrines, namely out of 26 respondents with less income there are 17 who do not use eligible family latrines.
Patient safety has become a global issue that is very important to be implemented by every hospital, and should be a top priority to be implemented and it is related to the quality and image of the hospital. With the development of science and technology in health services, especially in hospitals, it makes health service procedures more complex and has the potential for unexpected events or adverse events. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge in implementing Standard Operating Procedures on safety from the impact of falling patients in the treatment room of the Regional General Hospital. The research method used in this study is quantitative with an analytic survey research design using a cross sectional approach, which is a type of research for each research subject only once and measurements are made of the character status or subject variables at the time of the examination. Based on the results of the analysis, univariate analysis has been carried out on each variable to produce a frequency distribution and bivariate analysis to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Where the statistical test used is the Chi-Square test and the alternative test is Fisher's Exact. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of nurse knowledge, nurse attitudes, nurse skills and nurse compliance with Standard Operating Procedures in the Regional General Hospital room.
