An official travel warrant (SPPD) is a type of assignment letter needed by an employee as evidence of an order from the manager in carrying out work assignments to other areas. At the end of the assignment, employees must make a report on the tasks assigned to their manager. In general, SPPD services are still carried out manually, both in the process of submission, approval, reporting and data storage. This manual service requires a long processing time, large resources and must be performed in rigid places and times. In addition, storing letters manually creates difficulties when retrieve data is required. This research aims to provide an online official travel warrant information system based on a web application. With web-based applications, information system services are faster and can be done anytime anywhere, not limited by time and place. The storage of letter data in the database concept also facilitates the retrieving process. The information system is designed to serve the complete service flow of official travel warrant starting from submission, approval to reporting. The design of the application system is carried out by PHP programming with the MVC (Model-View-Controller) concept using the Codeigniter framework. Data is stored on the MYSQL database. The design results are tested for functionality using the black-box method. From the test results, it was found that all the functions designed including submission, approval, reporting and retrieval of data could go well as expected. The assignment letter create by system and send to employee online. The task report can create online on the system. Approval of the task report is also carried out online in the designed information system.
E-Office is an administrative and centralized component of the organization where data, information and communication are stored and disseminated through several forms of telecommunications. The main advantage of the E-Office system is that it can reduce paper usage. The other advantages are centralized data store, quickly data access, accurately and real time using the internet network and can make reports quickly based on existing data. With all the advantages of E-Office system, Vocational School of Diponegoro University is committed to using its services, especially in the process of managing correspondence documents. It is necessary to design and create an application based on E-Office that is used at Vocational School of Diponegoro University. This research is intended to build an application or information system based on E-Office system to handle the management of correspondence documents at the Vocational School of Diponegoro University by utilizing web-based applications. Information system design uses MVC concept on code igniter framework. With E-Office system, management of correspondence documents can be done more quickly and can be done anywhere. The impact is that service time for stakeholders is becoming faster.
Servinta Damayanti Br Pelawi, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that method of realization of making purification and monitoring volume of water, purification of water using small molecules such as sand, charcoal, cotton, etc. and monitoring the volume of water using the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor. where this ultrasonic sensor will detect the water inside the sensor distance sensor to objects that is 2cm and 25cm. When the water has reached the limit of 2cm and 15cm then the buzzer will light up giving a warning. and will display on the HMI in the form of cm, to run the pump we click the start button at hmi the pump will turn on and the water inside the reservoir will enter reverse osmosis, Ro will process water, clean water will be read by the flow meter, flow meter will detect incoming water and will display the results in the HMI in the form liter, and Arduino UNO is used as a control system for HMI output input signals, sensors, flow meters, and buzzers.
Arkhan Subari, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that most electronic equipment is non-linear load. Likewise with the equipment in campus buildings Diploma III Faculty of Engineering. Non-linear load is a load that has a voltage waveform supplied from non sinusiodal although sinusoidal voltage. Non-sinusoidal wave causes the shape of the voltage becomes distorted or defects that result in decreased quality of power. The defect wave called harmonics. To dampen harmonics on non-linear load can be used filter. With the addition of a filter on the power system, then the waves of unwanted harmonics can be suppressed as small as possible. In addition, harmonic filter at the fundamental frequency can compensate for reactive power and is used to improve the power factor of the system. From the measurement results in the Diploma Program Campus FT Undip found that the influence of harmonic waves big enough. THDv reached 32.13% while the THDi amounted to 7.85%. It affects so cos phi cos phi measured just 0.72. After the installation of a passive filter, the value THDv and THDi be good lebik ie 1.61% and 0.39% to reach 0.94 cos phi measured.
